TTobermory23When i booked the hotel Trip stated that the swimming pool was not in use, but there was no comment about the gym. When we checked in we were told that neither the pool or gym were in use. This is not acceptable, i booked the hotel especially because i wanted a gym and/or a swimming pool. Anyway, our room was upgraded, it was very spacious, clean and comfortable, there was a nice hot tub, it was quiet at night and the service was excellent. The Ceramics museum was less than 5 mins walk.

Conveniently located in the bustling Sanbao street, eleme deliveries are also available and come right up to the room, the hot tub came with bath salts, mood lighting and really was worth every penny. Standout features: - Luxurious design - Exceptional bed and pillows, best sleep in months - Amazing hot tub - Good quality bath products and toiletries - Very cozy robes - Spacious room Few suggestions that could elevate this experience further: - The tv does not have GiTV it has CRTV so English entertainment is unavailable on the projector unless you mirror your device and use a Chinese streaming app. International apps are not compatible. - Room temp at night is quite warm since air conditioning is switched off during the winters, fans would be a relief - Would’ve loved some chocolate placed on pillows for a honey suite - The service is only in Chinese and restaurant closes at 4:30 pm unless you book a meal in advance - There is no dairy creamer with the coffee only milk available in the restaurant on 1F - Would’ve loved the projector in the hot tub area - Xiao Du only understands Chinese and most room commands need her assistance, inconvenient if someone doesn’t speak the language - Hard to find Didi Cabs to go anywhere but relatively easy to find cabs 2km away. (Very scenic walk or e-scooter) 10/10 recommended

SSalmon0013I stayed at this hotel last Sunday and overall had a pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel is nice, calm, and extremely well located—honestly, the best location in the whole town. It’s right near the museum, the Kiln Museum with a perfect wundiw view on it and the ancient-town area, making it perfect for exploring Jingdezhen. The room was a good size, although a bit narrow due to its long layout, but it was comfortable. The sound insulation was not the best, and I could hear my neighbors, but the front desk staff were very helpful and quickly provided earplugs. They also sent me a message before I arrived to confirm my check-in time, and they even welcomed me with a small gift, which I really appreciated. They also provide fresh fruits to my room, very kind. The breakfast was very good—a full open-buffet style with enough variety to enjoy a complete meal. They don’t customize dishes, but there are plenty of items to choose from, and overall the breakfast was satisfying and enjoyable. It’s not the most perfect room, but for the price, it offers very good value, and the location is unbeatable.

This modern hotel perfectly combines contemporary design with the rich artistic heritage of Jingdezhen, known as the porcelain capital of China. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa bed that was perfect for our family. The modern amenities including smart TV, fast WiFi, and premium toiletries made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was ideal - right next to the famous Taoxichuan Ceramic Art Avenue, where we could explore numerous ceramic studios, galleries, and workshops. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for visiting the Jingdezhen Ceramic Fair and local porcelain factories. We were impressed by the delicious breakfast spread featuring both Chinese and Western options, with fresh local specialties like cold noodles and rice dishes. The coffee at the lobby bar was excellent - a perfect way to start our mornings before exploring the city. The fitness center was well-maintained and had all the equipment we needed. What made this stay special was the hotel's connection to Jingdezhen's ceramic culture - from the beautiful porcelain decorations in the lobby to the ceramic-themed artwork in our room. We visited the Jingdezhen Ceramic Museum and the 798 Art District, both easily accessible from the hotel. The concierge arranged a private pottery-making experience which was the highlight of our trip. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jingdezhen for the ceramic art, cultural experiences, or simply to explore this fascinating historical city. JJoseph 傅总Crystal Pudi hotel has always been my first choice when I visit Jingdezhen every few months. I travel a lot and I know what makes a good hotel stay. First of all, before you reach JDZ. You can arrange a driver to pick you up. 汤师傅 was my driver always .. he is friendly and very welcoming. That’s an important first impression. Second . The hotel counter staff. This trip I stayed a total of 6 days and I must say, all counter staff are well trained. They are polite and all so eager to assist me in my enquires. Even down to the cleaning aunty, they gave the biggest smile when ever they saw me. Especially working on level 2 rooms aunty. She is the sweetest lady. Thirdly. Cleanliness and location . Hotel cleanliness is tiptop, although I am not any hotel critics but I know a clean hotel when I sees one. My room have a nice tea set table that I have tea everyday. Towels are clean with zero smell. Hotel is located near to a Ktv district but it is not rowdy. Walk a little more and you will find a big shopping center 金濎. Weekends there will be street food right at the hotel front. P.S : hotel staff gave me a room upgrade with a fantastic bathroom. The bathtub is super big and such a wonderful experience soaking in hot water tub. I really appreciate and thankful for the hospitality given out by this chain hotel staff. I now have my favourite hotel in China.
