This “hotel” did not match with me. Not a four star hotel. Location is fine and it’s a nice old building but that is what they lean on. The service and amenities are poor, breakfast very standard and really limited attention to detail for guests. Expect a 3* guesthouse with friendly staff.

Mixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isn’t enough. Pros and cons below : Pros : - Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located - Cute hostel with beautiful tiles - Kind and helpful staff Cons : - The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards it’s not the first time they’re doing that - Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed - Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water - Be aware you’ll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area won’t be always very easy

立地はかなり悪いが、普通に立派なホテル。価格も安い上に、待合所やアメニティが充実している。市街地近くのホテルと違ってかなりお勧めできる。

Очень хороший отель в центре Туниса, Район Лафает. Отель и Резиденция расположена рядом. Дирекция одна.Чудесный собственник. Дружелюбные сотрудники. На ресепшн меня встретили и проводили до Резеденции, я не шла одна. Дали хороший тихий номер, как я просила. Сервис ориентирован на клиентов, делается, все, чтобы было удобно,безопасно и комфортно. Номер очень чистый и современный, есть все: балкон, двойные стеклопакеты, хорошая звукоизоляция, холодильник, хорошая ванная, чудесная удобная кровать. Единственное, нет фена. Но он не подразумевается в отелях Туниса 3 звезды. Он в 4 звезды не всегда бывает. В здании лифт. Круглосуточная охрана. Мне при выезде мужчины помогли вызвать такси, чтобы я не делала это одна, посадили в него. Это очень любезно с их стороны, спасибо за заботу! 🤗Одним словом, было одно удовольствие провести 2 дня в этом отеле. Всем рекомендую!

Отличное расположение. Хороший завтрак. Прекрасный персонал. Отдельно спасибо, что заселили во второй раз пораньше. За это прям отдельная благодарность. Во второй раз остановились тут, после Суса. И нам понравилось даже больше, чем в первый раз. Комнату дали просторнее и чище.

Decent hotel, clean and located in a safe neighborhood. I would just suggest maybe adding some fruits to the breakfast, fruit slices would be fine.

ทําเลดี. แต่สิ่งสกปรกรอบห้องและเตียงมีฝุ่น ยากที่จะรับน้ําร้อนและห้องน้ําก็ยัดอยู่ ฉันหวังว่าผู้บริหารโรงแรมจะใส่ใจเรื่องความสะอาดและการซ่อมแซมของห้องมากขึ้น

For those who complain about traffic noise. All hotels on busy areas will have noise. Don't be angry with the hotel. They cannot control traffic noise. How about investing in earplugs. I bring them everywhere, just in case. Get over yourself. When you leave for the day How about placing the card on the door to have your room cleaned!! How about mentioning it to the reception when leaving for the day!! Of course not, you prefer to complain. I've been here a week, and not one day has passed that I do not see the cleaners on the floor. Need something, kindly ask and they will be more than happy to assist you. Stop behaving entitle, and have some respect. Stop being cheap and expecting think you will be handed a platinum platter. Every one from the reception, security that is outside the bars, cleaners etc have been kind and curious. As well, just because your mother catters to you hand and foot, do not expect the same at the hotels. They are not your parent. Grow up and take responsibility! The bed is my mess 🤣 afterthought to take photo. Room is clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per qualche giorno e l’esperienza è stata stupenda. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale, gentile e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. La colazione abbondante e varia, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Anche la posizione è ottima: ben collegata e comoda per visitare la città e a soli sette minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto. Assolutamente consigliato, tornerò sicuramente!

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมและพนักงานใจดีมาก ให้ฉันเช็คอินก่อนเวลาและปล่อยให้ฉันสงบสุขตลอดการเข้าพัก โรงแรมค่อนข้างล้าสมัยและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างพื้นฐาน แต่สะดวกสบายและมีวิวที่สวยงาม ประตูระเบียงไม่เปิด แต่ก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหามากเกินไป สําหรับราคาและทําเลนี่เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดี
