This hotel was ok. No real problems other than the location was not so good in my opinion. 10 to 5 walk to Jolliebee and McDonalds. Close enough to La Salle University. There is a laundry downstairs that seemed to me a bit pricey.

We had a nice trip to Bacolod and stayed at Acacia Hotel for 4 nights. The people are very warm and they always greet guests and the service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good and included with our accommodation which is very affordable with the amenities as well with wave pool. We also enjoyed the massage that we availed. There is just one thing that the management must address, the ac had a disturbing sound and I hope they would fix it. The location is good because it’s very near the mall. Overall we had a good time staying at Acacia Hotel Bacolod.

The place seems to be not properly maintained. I love the location but it may not be for all because it is far from the main road. Food was good and i enjoyed all the meals there. The price is reasonable especially for a place where no other food place near. The only thing that i did not like was that a rat was lurking around our room. It seems that they have not maintained the place well. I know they are near a forest so animals and insect might be around. But, room cleanliness and repairs should have been part of their priorities.

Customer service is good. Buffet is good. Room service is great. Room is dusty and sheets may have not been properly cleaned. I have a very sensitive skin and sinus, been coughing and itching when the sheet touches my sensitive areas like face (i know this feeling na parang 3-4 weeks na hindi na change ung sheets mo), there is a chance that the airconditioner needs cleaning too. The body gel is dispenser is working fine and but the shampoo conditioner dispenser may have issues not sure if it contains a tiny amount of products or has malfunction. The internet which is just a hotspot is lil to no use. Intermittent, you can't work from the hotel if you plan to do so without your own backup internet.

The hotel is situated in the downtown area making it very accessible to the different go to places in the City like malls, restaurants, stores selling local food products, even the parks where one can stroll and enjoy the local delicacies. Transportation available are tricycles, jeepneys, and modern mini buses. Grab cars are also easily bookable. The hotel is 35 years old so the interior is expectedly dated but surprisingly well-maintained. The employees are very accommodating and polite making the stay truly relaxing. There are weekend activities at the poolside, namely acoustic night on Fridays and a DJ playing music favorites from different eras on Saturdays. I think these events can attract more customers if they are advertised well in the hotel and its vicinity.

Overall, the place was good and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. The host or staff were also accommodating, which made the overall experience positive.However, the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Some areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and there were a few details that needed more attention before guests arrived. A cleaner room and better overall maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Despite this, the place still has good potential, and I believe the experience would be significantly better with more consistent and thorough cleaning.

We stayed only for one night and were happy there. The inn is close to the mall. You can park your car for free in front of the house. Breakfast provided was great. AC & hot water worked properly. Room is spacious. Minus point would be the mosquitos in the room, but they weren't that much. Could still sleep good.

The place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful. The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks. We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access. Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night. Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand. P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.

The  hotel was located near to the mall. The staff service is excellent
