"what i like the most is their location it is near at the port and sm city. Their reception and waiting area is good looking,nice place and clean.Honestly we book 2 rooms but little bit disappointed coz their room is not clean a liitle bit dusty and toilet is not well clean,their towels is old. And mostly they have a big pool the kid enjoy swimming in their wave pool😍."

"The hotel is environmentally friendly. Candles are lit in the evenings. There is a security guard and parking for bikes. I liked everything."

"It was a really good stay considering the price point and the convenience of staying nearby establishments. Whenever we need something we can go directly to Robinsons Mall. It is also easy to commute to different places since the main road is just in front of the mall. One jeepney/bus ride away from pasalubong areas and places to eat. They give free slippers and room is clean and cozy."

"I have mixed feelings about our recent stay. On many fronts, this hotel hits the mark perfectly, but a significant issue with the room layout left our group feeling a bit frustrated. The Positives The Staff: Truly the highlight of the stay. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Value: Generally speaking, the prices are very reasonable for the level of service and the amenities provided. The Issue: ”Unequal and Unfair” Room Sizes We were a group of 8 people and booked 4 separate rooms (2 people per room). Despite paying the same rate, the room sizes were wildly inconsistent. Some of us had plenty of space, while others felt cramped in significantly smaller quarters. When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff actually confirmed that we aren't the first guests to complain about this. It’s disappointing to know that management is aware of the ”size lottery” but hasn't taken steps to adjust the pricing or clearly categorize the rooms during the booking process. It feels unfair to pay the same price for a much smaller experience. If you are traveling solo or as a couple and don't mind a bit of a gamble, this is a lovely place to stay. However, for groups booking multiple rooms, the lack of consistency is a real problem. I hope management addresses this soon—either by renovating or by being more transparent about room dimensions or adjusting prices for smaller cuts."

"The hotel is still improving its facilities and is under renovation when I checked in. There is no hot and cold shower, no provision for shampoo and conditioner, but fragrant liquid bath soap are available in the bathroom The bottled water in the room is for sale but water dispensers are provided in each floor for guests’ drinking consumption. Other supplies such as slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste are provided only upon request.  On the other hand, all hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast is satisfying with options to choose from- Filipino and/or American breakfast are available. The swimming pool is so inviting but due to rainy, cold weather situation during my stay, I was not able to feel the pools’ water. 😁"

"The place seems to be not properly maintained. I love the location but it may not be for all because it is far from the main road. Food was good and i enjoyed all the meals there. The price is reasonable especially for a place where no other food place near. The only thing that i did not like was that a rat was lurking around our room. It seems that they have not maintained the place well. I know they are near a forest so animals and insect might be around. But, room cleanliness and repairs should have been part of their priorities."

"As a family, we’ve visited this place four times now. Our first visit was about 10 years ago, then again three years later, a third time in 2020, and now recently. To be honest, I’m really disappointed with how the place looks now. Everywhere you look, there is trash on the ground. The landscaping, something I loved most during our first visit, is no longer maintained. Some areas even smell like urine, which is really disheartening. Booking a room has also become difficult. Their Facebook page and website are not responsive, and their phone numbers can’t be reached. When I asked the front desk, I was told that no one is assigned to handle calls. So book your rooms here in trip.com The staff also seem overworked and no longer as welcoming. The bathrooms are poorly maintained, and several areas need attention. The dinosaur park is damaged, and the playground, once a happy place for kids is now broken and has an unpleasant smell. While I appreciate that new attractions like the chasing slides have been added, it’s disappointing that the original features are no longer well maintained. It’s really sad to see how much the place has declined over the years."
