Great location for exploring the Centre of Siem reap, hundreds of restaurants within walking distance. Staff are super kind and welcoming. Noise from the club is loud at one end of the hotel but not an issue unless you are right at the end as I was one night. Balcony is convenient.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with a modern feel throughout. Nice touches such as a cool room, robes and slippers were appreciated and added to our comfort. The central location was excellent making it easy to walk to the bars, restaurants and markets. The pool was a welcome sight after travelling all day even though it was on the small side, however the communal shower more than made up for this with impressively powerful water pressure. There were a couple of minor issues. There was a leaky connection to the toilets in the bathroom, which wasn't a major problem, we just wore flip flops. More disappointing was what took place on our final day when food was ordered but failed to arrive. After 40 minutes we followed this up with staff, at which point it was clear the order had been forgotten during the changeover of shifts. The receptionist apologised and offered the food complimentary, but at checkout we were nevertheless charged. It was not about the cost itself, rather the frustration of being forgotten, told one thing and then another without explanation. Up until then, we had a great stay.

I have had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Jungle hotel in Siam Reap! My room was on the first floor with a balcony and a stunning view over the pool! The room was spotless, refreshed every day. I loved the tasteful, minimalist design of the room which fitted so well within the lush Cambodian landscape. The location was excellent, I could either take a tuk-tuk ride, or walk to Pub Street or to the night market, literally a few steps away. The staff was lovely, super courteous, and accommodating. I want to make a special note of the tours the hotel offered to Angkor Wat and to express my absolute delight at the tour experience provided by my tour guide, Miss Lucky, and our tuk-tuk driver! Miss Lucky completely transformed my tour experience: I took both the sunrise Angkor Wat tour and the longer temple tour with her. She went out of her way to provide outstanding service, she was extremely patient and attentive, and she took hundreds of breath-taking photos of me at various temples; she has an absolute talent and passion for fantastic photography. I whole-heartedly recommend Miss Lucky if you want a lovely tour guide who can take amazing pictures of you as well!

Очень уютный, атмосферный отель! Отличный персонал! Удобное местоположение, большие чистые номера. Все для отдыха есть. Чистый красивый бассейн.

โรงแรมสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย และทำเลที่ตั้งดี ใกล้กับพิพิธภัณฑ์มากและคุณสามารถเดินไปยังจัตุรัสใจกลางเมืองและย่านการค้าได้ มันตรงกับวันปีใหม่ของกัมพูชาตอนที่ฉันอยู่ที่เสียมราฐ และฉันได้สัมผัสกับงานรื่นเริงปีใหม่ในท้องถิ่น

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีและพนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ยุงเยอะมากและมีหน้าต่างเล็กๆ ไม่มีผ้าม่าน เราแก้ปัญหานี้เองได้ง่ายๆ ด้วยหมอนเสริม มากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียงและอยู่ในระยะที่เดินได้!

Location is pretty convenient, 15min walk to the Pub street, there’s 7/11 and laundry service right around the corner. Hosts are lovely and sweet; I booked the place via trip.com and the room they provided was different from the photos; i booked a nice looking white room as they showed on my reservation but I ended up in a different room which was dark and not as fresh looking as I was expecting. Bathroom is a bit tricky, water usually spills all across the floor, and takes time to drain. Room has both AC and a ceiling fan, they provide toothbrush and small soaps, as well as towels; no flip-flops. Room and bathroom were both quite spacious, although it was rather dark inside since lightbulbs don’t actually light up much. The bedding appears clean but it isn’t the most fresh and you can see some stains but it is in an acceptable condition, although the mat in front of the bathroom door was quite old and filthy looking. There isn’t a mini fridge or blow dryer in the room and also no sockets in the bathroom which was actually quite inconvenient. They have a nice small pool in the yard. Guest house doesn’t provide house keeping unless you ask; same with drinking water - you have to ask and they will give bottles. There was a child on the premises that often screamed, which was rather unpleasant during the waking hours tbh. Overall, it was a normal place considering the price; i would stay there again assuming that they provide the room I book and not something else.
