มีที่จอดรถเสียเงินและโรงแรมดีมาก แต่ตัวแทน Ctrip ขยะแขยง ฉันจองไว้หกวันแล้วพักอีกสองวันและมีผื่นขึ้นทั่วร่างกาย อันดับแรก ฉันไปหาหมอ หมอแนะนำให้เปลี่ยนห้อง เมื่อฉันไปที่แผนกต้อนรับฉันเห็นว่าแผนกต้อนรับคิดค่าบริการเพียงสองคืน แต่ซีทริปกล่าวว่าตัวแทนไม่ตกลงที่จะคืนเงินในภายหลัง ยังอยู่ในระหว่างการเจรจา มีตัวเลือกใน Ctrip ให้ชำระเงินที่ร้านค้า จากนั้นโรงแรมที่นี่จะไม่จ่ายในตอนแรก และการชำระเงินจะถูกตัดสินเมื่อคุณออกจากร้าน ดังนั้นทุกคนจะชำระเงินที่ร้านหลังจากจองโรงแรม

Vom einchecken zum auschecken war das Personal immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab einen Willkommenscocktail und kostenloses Wifi. Das Zimmer war dem Preis entsprechend und komfortable. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Auswahl.

Das Hotel ist etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Zum Einchecken des Appartment Teils des Hotels verwendet man auch die Rezeption des normalen Hotels. Dies ist nicht gleich ersichtlich. Zunächst hatte ich Appartment 1. (Fotos) Das dritte angekündigte Bett ist hier nur ein Sessel! Da es hier einen lauten Brummton fab der sich nicht abschalten liess habe ich ein neues Appartment im ersten Stock bekommen. Hier gab es eine große Schlafcouch zusatzlich zum Bett. Diese war leider bereits komplett ausgeklappt und bezogen so dass viel Raum belegt war. In beiden Appartments müsste mal wieder richtig geputzt werden. Auf den Schrankdecken der Kuchenzeile war jeweils eine große Staubschicht. Das Bett selbst war groß und sehr angenehm. Durch den motorisierten Rolladen wird es wirklich dunkel. Die Fenster dämmen allen Lärm von außen im Haus ist es aber recht hellhörig. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte besser sein und der Duschgelspender war leer und nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Ebenso die Teebeutel anreiche die in Appartment 1 Teebeutel enthielt aber in Appartment 16 nicht aufgefüllt wurde nach dem letzten Gast. WLAN lief stabil.

Free parking. Room is clean and just nice. There's a small kitchen but without any cooking tools so unless you're bringing cooking tools, you can't cook. It is out of nowhere and it looks like a conversion of office building to hotel rooms. I have no issue with it and it worked out for me.

Nice building on a nice spot. Staff was friendly. The room facility, like bathroom was outdated and strange. Plastic shower and no locks or doors for the bathroom. Overall was oke.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city , easy to get from the train station to the hotel , also walking distance from karlsruhe schloss , staatliches museum , and Christmas market , located on the town Main Street that is full of shops , restaurants , its common to see people struggle with the check in process can be confusing and not for everyone so they should improve the check in machine

Location is Uber central. It is infact quite excellently situated. Staff are superb. Very friendly and helpful indeed. The price was very good, and based on that - the value is about as good as it gets in Germany. Room contained a desk, chair, TV, longer chair, bed side lamp, reading lamp, multiple outlets, 2x towel, 1x bath mat and complimentary shampoo soap at the sink and shower. There were multiple radiators at your disposal and tissue paper and bathroom paper. The single room was a good sized with a large window. Everything was clean. There was a place to store bicycles or indeed borrow those offered. Breakfast was available though I didn't try. There is also an elevator. Again...for the price paid it is deserving of 5/5.

สภาพแวดล้อมในโรงแรมดีมากและเงียบสงบมาก พื้นที่ห้องค่อนข้างใหญ่ ชายร่างใหญ่สองคนลาก 5 กล่องมาเช็คอินก็ไม่แออัดจนเกินไป ห้องน้ำสะอาดมาก แผนกต้อนรับจริงจังมาก หลังจากเช็คอินจะมีการแนะนำเครือข่ายอย่างละเอียด เรื่องที่ต้องให้ความสนใจรอบๆ โรงแรม และอื่นๆ โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจาก hbf โดยใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 5 นาที การจราจรจึงสะดวกมาก ปัญหาเดียวมาจากสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบของโรงแรม ย่าน hbf นั้นเลอะเทอะอย่างฉาวโฉ่ ระวังโจรและผู้ที่บินใบไม้เมื่อคุณออกไปโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในช่วงที่มีโรคระบาด แต่โรงแรมเงียบและปลอดภัยมาก
