I stayed at HYPE STATES Cali and was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well equipped — there is a kitchen, a comfortable bed, a balcony, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Everything was very clean, and the interior looks new and thoughtfully designed. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Check-in was quick and smooth. The location is also excellent — the hotel is in a good area of the city, with restaurants, attractions, and nice places to walk nearby. I would also like to highlight the stable Wi-Fi and the cozy atmosphere — perfect both for relaxing and for working. There is also a small pool and a terrace where it’s nice to relax after a busy day. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Cali: comfortable rooms, a good location, and attentive staff. I would happily stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel to other travelers.

El hotel es bonito y sus habitaciones están bien, pero no había servicio de restaurante nocturno y la mini nevera de la habitación estaba vacía. Al menos debería tener agua en botella para consumo de los huéspedes.

Alko Integrado is an amazing hotel in a prime location. The service was exceptional, and everyone—from the front desk staff to the restaurant team and housekeeping—made me feel truly welcome.

1. Ubicación INSUPERABLE para compras y entretenimiento: El mayor atractivo es su conexión directa al Centro Comercial Chipichape, uno de los más grandes y completos de Cali. Puedes pasar del lobby a más de 300 tiendas, restaurantes, cine y supermercado sin salir a la calle. Es perfecto si viajas por trabajo (hay oficinas cerca), en familia o simplemente quieres tener todo a la mano. 2. Habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas: habitacion amplia, con camas muy cómodas, TV por cable y un área de estar separada. Los baños son modernos y la limpieza fue impecable durante toda nuestra estadía. 3. Desayuno excepcional: El desayuno buffet es de lo mejor que he probado en un hotel de esta categoría en Colombia. Incluye una gran variedad: frutas tropicales frescas, jugo de lulo/maracuyá, arepas vallunas, empanadas, huevos preparados al gusto, productos de panadería recién horneados y hasta postres típicos. ¡Un festín para empezar el día! 4. Personal servicial y atento: Desde recepción hasta el personal del restaurante, todos fueron muy amables y proactivos. Nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones para probar la comida local y ayudaron con la logística de transporte.

Personal was not friendly. Only give two towels. We were 3 person in the room. I always asking for extra towel. As a question they don’t know anything. I try to cancel first day. I didn’t like how ungrateful personal. I couldn’t cancel it . Not recommended it

Ya he estado antes y no hay dudas de que en cualquier parte del mundo esta cadena no falla los chicos de recepción increíbles todos muy amables u atentos. La comida y el desayuno fantásticos

Es un hotel en términos general bien su restaurante es demasiado impersonal tarda mucho el servicio precisamente por lo amplio el gran ***** ***** es el servicio de parqueadero es increíble q te descrimine si reservas por la app y además de esto tengas q pagar una parte siendo el parqueadero del mismo hotel además los empleados son muy irregulares en su atención

Low water pressure, basically no hot water in shower. The restaurant food was good..Safe area, walking distance to a variety of restaurants.Adding a few English television stations would be great.

Всё было нормально. Однако, WiFi сигнал в номере отсутствовал. Приходилось сидеть на диванах и подключив ноутбук и телефон к розеткам работать из коридора под присмотром проходящих мимо… Покрытие сигналом явно делали любители. Завтрак составлял яичницу, круассан, кусочки папайи напиток (очень хороший какао).
