The slender front desk gal who checked us into the hotel was the most unfriendly host we have ever encountered at a hotel. I travel in foreign countries ALOT. I never make a complaint like this but she should not be in the hospitality business. It was late so decided we would leave the following day losing the money for several days of a paid hotel. She was that rude.

We got one of the jaccuzzi suites for a birthday date night, the room was clean and spacious, there was a slight problem with the lock on the sliding glass door to get to the balcony where the jaccuzzi was but the maintenence guy got it opened up for us. The rooms are not sound proof i went to pick up our food that was delivered and could hear the music from yhe room that was not loudin the room. Yhe only other complaint I woild have is the speakers from the television were complete junk.

1. Room has light issues, one of the bulbs is damage 2. I have a huge party until 1am in the room by my side 3. Three tines during the night someone try to opens my room (I do not know if by mistake) 4. Room service is until 9pm, after that not even water 5. Walls between rooms are like in paper, We can ear even if the people in other room ins whispering I came for two nights, and I will leave as soon as the light of the day appears (will only stay ones night) Don’t ever stay there

The hotel is a really nice looking place. The ambiance is there, the rooms need more amenities tho. The customer service definitely needs to be improved. Every other staff member was either very helpful and friendly or the complete opposite in all departments.

Thus was my first time in Cali.This hotel is amazing Firstly the staff were all friendly well dressed and there to assist you .It has an architectural style.My Room was fabulous clean spacious great view i had breakfast was included more than you could eat and Supper was also very well done .i also accidentally left some important valuables there they contacted me and are sending them on to me . My rating for this Hotel is 150%
