AAlina GhgThe place was very clean and close to the city, however the communication was quite poor. We got there half an hour before the check-in time, after a day of cycling, and been told we need to wait for the exact check-in time because the room is not ready yet, although there wasn’t anyone there.
It took a bit of back and forth to even be allowed to leave our bags there.
The next day they were undergoing some construction or renovation, without any notification that this will happen and the builders were very reckless and dropped glass that shattered just next to us while setting up the bikes in front on the house.
Someone from the staff also arrived when we were about to leave, and she was very rude, completely ignoring us when he said hello.
I wish I could give this a five star for the property itself, but, unfortunately, the management brought the score down.
DDeeKwokExcellent hotel to stay - we got an upgrade to a larger room, which was a really nice gesture from the hotel. The room was very spacious for me and my Godson - it is very near to Luodong Night Market (abt 5+ minutes walk).
We experienced the Yilan earthquake during our stay, but felt safe in the hotel despite the shock.
