I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. From check-in to check-out, the service was friendly and efficient. The front desk staff were professional and always willing to help with directions or local recommendations. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the basic amenities you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The view from the window overlooked the city, which made for a nice backdrop in the evenings. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the room was always spotless when I returned.

Our choice of stay everytime we visit Iloilo City. It's a simple hotel but the staff service is excellent! We like it here because it's walking distance to the Esplanade, Riverside Boardwalk, and the Shops at Atria. It's also surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and bars, which provides a vibrant nightlife.

One of the main reasons we booked this unit was because of the use of swimming pool. Sadly we were only notified that the pool was under maintenance when we got there, we were told that they just started the maintenance just a week prior our arrival 🥴 not the owner’s fault tho, but if we were made aware prior maybe we would be having second thoughts of finding another one with a pool that can be used. Nevertheless, the unit itself is clean, homey and a real plus for our family (a devoted Catholic) as there’s an altar 🙏🏻💗 The host tho didn’t provide us the extra blanket, and towels even though we called twice. It’s on their ads that towels will be provided but none was found. We called and they told and confirmed to us that they would provide the towels but nothing was provided despite of a few follow ups made. So we all had to share with only 3 towels that we brought from home

LOCATION: Very convenient. Right at the heart of the city. Essentially, one jeepney ride away from most of the known city attractions. A few meters away from the La Paz Public Market, home to some of the finest La Paz Batchoy the city has to offer. ROOM: Nothing fancy. It gets the job done if you're looking for a place to stay and rest for an overnight business trip. It is just unfortunate that the room (Room 401) that got assigned to me was facing the main street. The sounds of the vehicles was audible from the inside. Also, the aircon was malfunctioning the entire night. STAFF: Very friendly and kind. Will I stay here again? Yes. Just hoping I won't get assigned to Room 401.

It was a nice stay here in Avida, and one thing I really love during our stay here was the location of our room, perfect sunset and city lights view. The room was neat and clean as well but unfortunately, there was no extra bedsheet for extra bed 🙃.Overall, it was a great experience!

Affordable. Unluckily no breakfast options, though there is a 7 11 and other restaurants that are nearby. I keep calling the hotel multiple times on their phone number publicize in google however it is routed in a household telling me that i dialed the wrong number.be sure you bring it our own toiletries as they will only provide shampoo and soap for 1 day. Nope no toothbrush and paste but 711 is nearby... They are classified as hotel though. Shower is cold and ita december.

Ong Bun Pension House is a decent and budget-friendly place to stay. The location is convenient and the place itself is generally okay for short stays. The rooms are simple but comfortable enough if you’re just looking for a place to rest after a day of exploring. However, one thing to note is that the number of CRs and shower rooms is quite limited, which can sometimes be inconvenient when many guests are staying at the same time. There may be times when you have to wait, especially during busy hours. Overall, it’s still a reasonable option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and don’t mind the shared facilities.

Rustic design of the room looks dirty. Unfinished bed frame. Tiles use for the bathroom is slippery. They should have used non skid tiles. Breakfast choices is limited. Air-conditioning is not working well. They also charged when using iron and hair dryer. With their room rate compared to other hotels, this amenities are free.

One of the cheapest hotel in the city of love. Very accommodating and the staff are friendly. Also this place is accessible. 100% Recommended 🫶🏻
