โรงแรมพร้อมระเบียงในอิโลอิโล

Mixed experience – convenient location but disappointing cleanliness and breakfast I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now. The location is excellent — it’s very close to restaurants, a mall, convenience stores, and even a running track, which makes it convenient for exploring or exercising. The front desk staff were friendly, smiling, and professional on both visits. Unfortunately, a few things let the stay down. The staff at the breakfast entrance (the ones checking guest names) asked us to wait while they finished taking photos with other guests first, which felt unprofessional. The breakfast itself was the biggest disappointment. There weren’t many choices, the food (curries, mains, and cakes) seemed like leftovers from the previous night’s events. By around 9:30 a.m. most items were already gone, including bread and other basics. If you’re looking for a clean, healthy breakfast, this isn’t the place — you’d be better off eating elsewhere. The room was also surprisingly dusty, and the balcony table and chairs looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, I’m not sure I’d recommend this hotel again. For the price per night, you can defo find better value and higher standards elsewhere.

The whole place was nice and the I like the small size like there's a mid size pool sorrounded by rooms. So basically the pool or even just the view is very accessible and visible from your room. There is also a small gazebo where they serve breakfast. So this again is very near to the rooms. So the small size feels homey. I can come back again but I just want to make sure that the hotel will not be fully occupied because if that's so then it will lose its charm due to overcrowding especially if there's an event. Which brings me to this topic - I booked and was confirmed for 2 nights but upon check in I was told Trip.com made a mistake with the hotel so they can't accommodate me on the 2nd night. In fairness to the hotel manager, she made arrangements for me to be booked in another nearby bigger hotel (with a good buffet breakfast) the following morning. Aside from this anxious moment, my stay was pleasant - attentive service staff, nice ambiance, passable breakfast since it's just plated with 3in1 coffee. Overall it's good value for money.

One of the main reasons we booked this unit was because of the use of swimming pool. Sadly we were only notified that the pool was under maintenance when we got there, we were told that they just started the maintenance just a week prior our arrival 🥴 not the owner’s fault tho, but if we were made aware prior maybe we would be having second thoughts of finding another one with a pool that can be used. Nevertheless, the unit itself is clean, homey and a real plus for our family (a devoted Catholic) as there’s an altar 🙏🏻💗 The host tho didn’t provide us the extra blanket, and towels even though we called twice. It’s on their ads that towels will be provided but none was found. We called and they told and confirmed to us that they would provide the towels but nothing was provided despite of a few follow ups made. So we all had to share with only 3 towels that we brought from home

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was also convenient and easy to access. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Good value for money and a comfortable place to stay!

It was a nice stay here in Avida, and one thing I really love during our stay here was the location of our room, perfect sunset and city lights view. The room was neat and clean as well but unfortunately, there was no extra bedsheet for extra bed 🙃.Overall, it was a great experience!
