LLanJiangA perfect slice of authentic rural China – unforgettable stay with the most adorable hosts! ★★★★★ We feel so lucky to have come across Lixia and Sea Homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. What makes this place special for me is its sincerity. Every detail shows how much Lixia and Haibo want guests to feel welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely connected to village life. The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera. They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks. What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Every small detail – from the welcome fruit basket to the cozy fireplace at night – shows how much love and effort this young couple puts into making guests feel truly at home. WWHUWe are a couple from the Netherlands and spent 3 nights at this family run B&B.  We were friendly welcomed by granny. Since we were the first and only guests to arrive that day we could pick any room. We chose one room with 2 large beds at the top floor, close to a balcony with laundry basin and drying lines.  While waiting for her daughter Madam Ye and her grandson to come home we were treated homemade tea. Granny also led us through the village to find us a nice little restaurant for lunch.  The B&B is conveniently located in the middle of the village, in a block right accross the main square. On the road accross the square you can find small grocery shops and a few restaurants serving delicious local specialties.  Speaking about local specialties... Madam Ye prepares a delicious Chinese breakfast offering a variety of homemade dishes that go very well with the rice porridge and mantou. Fresh cooked eggs, fermented cucumber and turnip, various kinds of bamboo shoots, deep fried ricecake slices and some special glutinous rice snack called qingtun.  Madam Ye and her son helped us to arrange transport and assisted us with purchasing tickets to the Yunhe Terraces. We were picked up by a driver at 4:30 in the morning so that we could see the sunrise in time. Worried about us not having had breakfast that early, madam Ye got up at 3 am to make us a rich and filling breakfast. Such a kind, polite and hospitable gesture. We felt so bad we hardly had eaten any because we could not have the driver wait for so long. Madam Ye said we were fortunate we picked the correct date for seeing the sunrise above Yunhe Titian. We had an almost clear blue sky that morning. The next day it started raining.... But on that rainy day we were lucky again to witness a local festivity that only takes place once in every 5 or 6 years, where all villagers worship the gods of fortune.  The fireworks, the marching and music we witnessed it all. Indeed we felt lucky 😁 After our last dinner at a local restaurant just around the corner we came back at the B&B and agreed with Madam Ye what time we would have breakfast and what time her son would drive us to the bus station. She again mentioned how lucky we were because that evening a Chinese opera was performing at the local village hall. Together we walked up there and to enjoy some wonderful Chinese opera before walking back to the B&B again after having spent another joyful day at Chongtou village. Please visit this lovely little village in Yunhe County and stay in this lovely little family B&B. The village Chongtou, the Yunhe terraces and this B&B, our lovely little home there, will stay in our memories forever....

JJoanne KayYi Yuan Village is a quaint, peaceful and authentic hideaway in the mountains, away from the tourist crowds that cause chaos further down the valley back towards Song Yang City. It has a few homestays, ours at Yi Yin being the best and most recently opened. The host family (Ceng) is generous and hospitable, friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless and clean, nicely furnished and easy to reach, nearer the entrance to the village. All meals were freshly made with home-made or locally sourced ingredients, very tasty! They helped us arrange several day trips with an excellent driver (Xiao Bao) whom I also highly recommend. He can be contacted through the host family; he is popular, so I would suggest you request his services once you have confirmed your stay at Yi Yin. Yi Yin is well placed for visiting the surrounding area; there is daily, regular public transport to and from the village and surrounding countryside.

TTiantianderouroudabaobei第一次來麗水 真的太美了 處處都是風景畫 因為鳥鳴澗民宿在要去的景點中間地帶 很方便 又是村莊居民處 所以選擇了這個位置 看圖片評價都不錯 老闆娘人也特別善談 做飯手藝也不錯 房間特別乾淨價格也不高但是環境相當不錯 性價比超高 安靜舒適的鄉間小別墅 洗澡水也很熱 洗漱用品都有提供 窗外就是江景 早上7點～10點之間還有鴨子和白鷺嬉戲遊玩的景色 民宿是24小時都有人 老闆和老闆娘交接班 老闆人也很好自家有廚房 大鐵鍋 烤箱 蒸箱特別方便 晚上餓了還可以讓老闆把外帶飯菜加熱下 老闆娘自己種的新鮮的蔬菜水果都可以吃 早上有老闆娘自己做的早餐 雞蛋餅太好吃了 裏面的小香葱很嫩而且沒有太大葱味 雞蛋都是自己養的🐔蛋黃橙色的很香 還有自己醃製的花生米 萵筍都很有特色 老闆娘很注重養生 都是自己種自己做菜 房間床品也乾淨舒服 下次還會再來住鳥鳴澗民宿的 也會推薦朋友 第一次來麗水體驗相當好 我們是淡季11月中旬來的 秋季氣候偏冷一點點 濛濛細雨 一個毛衣外套足以 稻子都是金光和綠色交界 要説唯一不足可能就是這個季節這邊有臭大姐（這邊叫臭蟲）老闆娘還特意提醒千萬不要開窗 要不房間裏難免會有也是沒有辦法 鄉間自然環境嘛 不過衹有秋季這一兩個月會有啦 害怕的儘量選擇其他月份來這邊！對了 還有一點是老闆娘的後花園都是自己種的花太美了

ผผู้เข้าพักGuesthouse très bien située mais prenez en compte que c’est un peu difficile d’accès avec une valise (ils proposent un service de bagagerie). La nourriture est excellente bien qu’un peu chère mais ça s’explique parce que le lieu est assez reculé, bonus pour les glaces en libre service pour 5rmb environ !! Le personnel est très gentil, toujours serviable et prêt à aider (petit déjeuner même tard dans la journée, repas servi jusque 21h30 environ je dirais), même si la barrière de la langue est présente. Pour la propreté j’enlève un point à cause des punaises, mais c’est compréhensible puisqu’on est en pleine nature. La chambre est vraiment spacieuse et fidèle aux photos. Je reviendrai volontiers si j’en ai l’occasion. Si vous cherchez un excellent rapport qualité/prix : foncez.

SSalmon0013The room was overpriced at 65 USD for a simple stay, though this could be due to the Chinese holidays and high demand. Realistically, such a place shouldn’t cost more than 20 USD. On the positive side, the hotel is newly renovated. The room looks good, the toilets are new (though not fully functional), and the showers were fine. However, I had to request towels, as they weren’t provided by default. Breakfast was decent, and the staff are clearly trying their best to be helpful and provide good service. That said, the place overall needs better maintenance, and the elevator should definitely be upgraded—it currently stops at every floor, which is inconvenient.

ผผู้เข้าพัก這家民宿真的太棒啦！位置特別好，周圍環境很安靜，讓人能真正放鬆下來。房間佈置得超級温馨，各種設施一應俱全，床品也很舒適，睡起來特別香。民宿的老闆是倆位帥哥，非常熱情友好，服務特別周到，有什麼需求都能及時滿足。他們還會貼心地提供一些當地的遊玩建議和美食推薦，讓我們能更好地體驗當地的風土人情。而且民宿的衞生做得也很不錯，房間和公共區域都打掃得乾乾淨淨，讓人感覺很清爽。下次有機會來這邊，還會選擇這家民宿，也會推薦給身邊的朋友們，真的很值得一住！
