LLanJiangA perfect slice of authentic rural China – unforgettable stay with the most adorable hosts! ★★★★★ We feel so lucky to have come across Lixia and Sea Homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. What makes this place special for me is its sincerity. Every detail shows how much Lixia and Haibo want guests to feel welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely connected to village life. The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera. They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks. What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Every small detail – from the welcome fruit basket to the cozy fireplace at night – shows how much love and effort this young couple puts into making guests feel truly at home. If you want to slow down, eat amazing home-cooked food, have your trip professionally documented, and be spoiled by the kindest hosts (and their wonderful dog) in Zhejiang, book Lixia and Sea Homestay immediately. WWHUWe are a couple from the Netherlands and spent 3 nights at this family run B&B.  We were friendly welcomed by granny. Since we were the first and only guests to arrive that day we could pick any room. We chose one room with 2 large beds at the top floor, close to a balcony with laundry basin and drying lines.  While waiting for her daughter Madam Ye and her grandson to come home we were treated homemade tea. Granny also led us through the village to find us a nice little restaurant for lunch.  The B&B is conveniently located in the middle of the village, in a block right accross the main square. On the road accross the square you can find small grocery shops and a few restaurants serving delicious local specialties.  Speaking about local specialties... Madam Ye prepares a delicious Chinese breakfast offering a variety of homemade dishes that go very well with the rice porridge and mantou. Fresh cooked eggs, fermented cucumber and turnip, various kinds of bamboo shoots, deep fried ricecake slices and some special glutinous rice snack called qingtun.  Madam Ye and her son helped us to arrange transport and assisted us with purchasing tickets to the Yunhe Terraces. We were picked up by a driver at 4:30 in the morning so that we could see the sunrise in time. Worried about us not having had breakfast that early, madam Ye got up at 3 am to make us a rich and filling breakfast. Such a kind, polite and hospitable gesture. We felt so bad we hardly had eaten any because we could not have the driver wait for so long. Madam Ye said we were fortunate we picked the correct date for seeing the sunrise above Yunhe Titian. We had an almost clear blue sky that morning. The next day it started raining.... But on that rainy day we were lucky again to witness a local festivity that only takes place once in every 5 or 6 years, where all villagers worship the gods of fortune.  The fireworks, the marching and music we witnessed it all. Indeed we felt lucky 😁 After our last dinner at a local restaurant just around the corner we came back at the B&B and agreed with Madam Ye what time we would have breakfast and what time her son would drive us to the bus station. She again mentioned how lucky we were because that evening a Chinese opera was performing at the local village hall. Together we walked up there and to enjoy some wonderful Chinese opera before walking back to the B&B again after having spent another joyful day at Chongtou village. Please visit this lovely little village in Yunhe County and stay in this lovely little family B&B. The village Chongtou, the Yunhe terraces and this B&B, our lovely little home there, will stay in our memories forever....

The hotel is super confortable and very clean. But above all, what made our stay unforgettable was the very warm welcoming of the owners that made us feel like home. They were taking care of us like parents would do, helping us with many things, they were absolutely lovely. Will never forget our stay there, thanks to them for making our stay there unforgettable.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อ全季酒店，已經觀望了一年，因為去年就想到松陽去看看古村落，今年願望得以實現。酒店設施齊全，床品和枕頭等都是舒適度特別高的，紅茶茶包和政和白茶茶包也是誠意滿滿，令人滿意。唯一美中不足的是服務人員的服務意識參差不齊——第一波服務員怎麼都不願意為我解決換房問題，直到第二波換班服務員的清秀女孩，幫助我解決了我的訴求，所以服務這一條需要扣除半顆星。

JJoanne KayYi Yuan Village is a quaint, peaceful and authentic hideaway in the mountains, away from the tourist crowds that cause chaos further down the valley back towards Song Yang City. It has a few homestays, ours at Yi Yin being the best and most recently opened. The host family (Ceng) is generous and hospitable, friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless and clean, nicely furnished and easy to reach, nearer the entrance to the village. All meals were freshly made with home-made or locally sourced ingredients, very tasty! They helped us arrange several day trips with an excellent driver (Xiao Bao) whom I also highly recommend. He can be contacted through the host family; he is popular, so I would suggest you request his services once you have confirmed your stay at Yi Yin. Yi Yin is well placed for visiting the surrounding area; there is daily, regular public transport to and from the village and surrounding countryside.

ผผู้เข้าพักเพราะคืนแรกประทับใจ ตัดสินใจจองอีกคืนทันที 🤣 ที่ประทับใจวันนี้ เราเดินทางออกไปเที่ยวสถานที่รอบๆบนเขา นึกขึ้นได้ตอนจะจ่ายเงินไม่ได้เอากระเป๋าตังมา ลืมไว้ที่รร. กลับไปเงินอยู่ครบ ก็เลยคิดว่า ที่นี่จริงใจ ปลอดภัย พนักงานทั้งแม่บ้าน ก็ซื่อสัตย์ ยิ่งประทับใจให้5⭐️ ไปเลย ค่าห้องที่จองมารวมมื้ออาหารเย็นและบัตรเข้าสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวด้วย สุดยอดไปเลย คุ้มค่าจริงๆ อาหารเย็นวันนี้นอกจากสุกี้ เราสั่งอาหารอื่นๆเพิ่มเติม ก็ไม่เคยพลาดอีกแล้ว อาหารอร่อย ฟินที่สุด และสถานที่แห่งนี้ก็ได้ใจของทุกท่านเป็นที่สุดของทริปในครั้งนี้ของพวกเราทุกคน ถ้ามีโอกาสได้ไปอีก ก็จะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน และจะแนะนำคนอื่นให้มาด้วย 🤭 ขอบคุณสำหรับที่พักที่สะอาด มีสไตล์ อาหารอร่อย คุ้มค่ามาก

ผผู้เข้าพักVery nice hostel with very friendly host. The room was very large and clean, with everything you need. Breakfast in the morning is very good and filling. The hostel is less than 10min walk from the tourist centre and there is a direct shuttle to and from Lishui station (takes about 1h) which made it very convenient. From the tourist centre there is also a bus that takes you to the main sights and back. The host helpfully explained what route to take including how to walk up through the village to the viewing platform instead of taking the cable car. Even though the tourist centre is very close, the host took me to and from there each time. I also appreciated his willingness to share his stories with me, I enjoyed learning more about his businesses and background.
