I recently stayed at the Soho Hotel Brisbane from January 3rd to January 4th, 2024, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The check-in process went smoothly; the staff was very welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities. Overall, it was a delightful stay at the Soho Hotel Brisbane.

The Soho Hotel in Brisbane is definitely great value for what you pay. The rooms might be a bit small, but they've got everything you need: a fridge, desk, comfy bed, and a decent bathroom. It's also nice and quiet. Having the free city bus right outside is a huge plus. No lift, which was a bit of a hassle for me with my back issue, but that's on me to check next time. The hosts are top-notch – super friendly and welcoming, probably the best we've met during our three months of travel. Considering the price, you're getting a lot for your money here.

Perfect hotel in the heart of Brisbane. Was reasonable price and could even check in earlier.
But the aircon must be improved! It's so weak on a warm day I still feel hot most of the time.

Perfect location close to the train station and everything! Balcony was nice to have and the staff was so friendly at the check in. Free parking as well. We'll come back again.

This is a 100% robbery case😰😰😰. I don't think this piece of junk is a hotel. They just took money from guests and refuse check-in. The owner claimed because they have small disclaimer saying there is no way to do check-in after 6:00 pm local time. It means the time that you go to brisbane totally depends on this junk schedule, not your flight not your own traveling agenda.
I hope my worst ever experience can wake all of you up🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.

The check-in is restricted from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, causing inconvenience for those arriving outside this timeframe. Similarly, the laundry room is only open during these hours, posing a challenge for guests with different schedules. Enhancing the flexibility of both check-in and laundry hours would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Small inner city rooms very close to Roma Street Station great for train travellers and short term visitors. Not good for families. Good restaurants and cafes nearby with the CBD a short downhill walk. Many rooms have small balconies for fresh air.
