"We visited this resort for a staycation and stay at aqua villa with a private pool. The staff were friendly and cooperative. I would recommend that this place is a good pick for a staycation. The property is well maintained and has a good ambience. Even-though we dont get any good view from the room, the property by itself is having a comfortable lawn area and a small recreation centre which can be used positively. The swimming pool is well maintained except for it has many steps which reduced the area to swim. The kids swimming area is well planned. Breakfast was decent and had good spread for a complement. Overall a good place to spend a weekend."

Lovely property, nestled in the midst of a coffee plantation. Very peaceful serene atmosphere. Although peace was shattered for a while by some loud uncaring guests. Lovely delicious food , local fare as well as North Indian, continental….. . Very caring ,courteous staff right from check in to check out. Lot of opportunities for trekking in complete solitude and silence only broken by chirping of birds and insects.

Staff were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The room service menu had a great selection. The food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing”

We took the luxury villa. The view was excellent. The villa was comfortable. It had a heating machine. The fireplace that comes with the villa costs extra. The staff were courteous. We requested a cake for birthday which was arranged. It was a bit pricey but good. There were dance programs at evenings ***** with a campfire. The resort itself had great scenery for walking. The location is also accessible for many activities. Overall a great stay.

Decent room but very small room not very spacious. Balcony is good but no view, just normal. Restuarant next to it is good if you want to have food there. Breakfast was good and spread was decent. Taste was good and it was fresh. Location of the hotel is good and little away from city noise which is good. Decent space for parking inside or it can be parked outside the main gate which also looks inside the property. It is near to one sunset point. Staff is good but never helped in anyway and asked for it so can't comment much on it.
