"A nice affordable place to stay. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It's located in the middle of the city and you can go to the main attractions easily from the hotel. Also, I like the room service. They clean the room every day. They change the towels and wipe the room clean every day.
The downside is probably just the size of the room. We booked a room for 3 people, and while the room can accommodate 3 people, but it was just too cramped with all our stuffs 🤣 So yeah, the room is small, but everything aside, it was a decent stay!"

"Here are the things considered extra servies which the guests have to pay to use: pool, cutleries to use in room when you don't order food from room service and hair dryer. That's just the things I thought to ask for, maybe tons of other things are also not free. Hospitality is awful, female crews were absolutely rude. Don't bother staying here if you're trying to have a half-decent vacation. Also, the bathroom stinks, the double bed is a fake (only 2 singles pushed together which created a hole im the middle), there are rats running around the pool area, the TV is not a Smart TV yet (old style cable only), in-house spa and massage prices were over the top."

ผู้เข้าพัก1 out of 2 that is truly 5 stars hotel available in Semarang city. All facilities meet up our expectation. Although price can be 3 times compare to other 4 star hotel. But we can different relax & convenient experience here. Tentrem mall just next door is a plus.

ผู้เข้าพักlove every part of this hotel, during all my hop on and hop off hotels this past years, this Gumaya hotel has met a good standard in most of aspects, especially the breakfast. im so suprised find hotel that the breakfast food taste delicious in all the stalls (usually will be too salty, too bland or just bleh..) but at gumaya, we are like travelling to each own traditional food restaurant, the authentic gudeg, the very nice lumpia and ikan bandeng, the warm soto ayam semarang and the homemade jamu and juices.
all is excellent.

On the earthI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and was satisfied with the overall experience. One of the best things about the hotel is its location. It is very close to a shopping mall, so it was extremely convenient to find restaurants, cafes, shops, and other amenities without having to travel far.
The hotel also offers excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for both short and business stays. Everything I needed was easily accessible, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
The front desk staff were particularly impressive. They were friendly, professional, and always greeted me with a smile. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and kindly.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a convenient location, reasonable price, and good service. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

As mentioned on my previous review the hotel tomorrow and provides a really good however aging amenities and hotel experience.
The stay was good the food was amazing however I do have to say that in the four star hotel class in central samarang there are a lot of other choices so feel free to take a look at those first but do not leave novotel entirely out of your list.

The room is small, without window, you can hear people talking or walk by. The cleanliness is really needed to improve, especialy for bathroom, and bed. The parking space is small and limited, but not too worry, they have security to assist you. Overall is quite nice to budget hotel.

Large room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.

Check in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.
