They say it’s new hotel in Semarang and close to our branch store so we decide to stay here. The room quiet spacious and big. Clean enough.

Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. The location is still goo. The hotel is very aesthetic and has a beautiful design. There is no gym or swimming pool, but the strength of this hotel is the rooftop. It is also near a big mall in Semarang, which is convenient.

Overall ok. But the toilet has a frosted glass window and someone in the room can view the silhouette of the person using the bathroom.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfy, and well-maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious with a good variety. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience.
