We spent two nights at Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung and really enjoyed it. The room was comfy, clean, and felt pretty swanky — great for crashing after a day out. Food was solid: big breakfast spread and tasty dishes. What stood out was the people — everyone was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Overall a very pleasant stay; would come back.

I had another wonderful stay at Hilton Bandung. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The hotel is consistently well-maintained, and the housekeeping standards are excellent. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international options. As a Hilton Gold member, I always feel welcomed and appreciated, which makes each stay even more enjoyable. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly throughout my visit, providing excellent service with a smile. Overall, Hilton Bandung continues to be one of my preferred hotels in Bandung, offering a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning again.

Harris Festival Citilink is always on my list for a bandung business trip, the room is very comfortable with smart tv and the breakfast is amazing with all the variants, even the soup has 3 different kinds of soto. I will always be happy to stay at Harris

Celebrated our first anniversary here. We got a lot of little gifts and spacious room for our stay. Had a peaceful stay. This will be our go-to hotel everytime we are in Bandung 🫶✨

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

The lobby and restaurant was well maintained. The breakfast spread was good and the staff were very friendly. The rooms however are underwhelming and need upgrade. The bathroom specifically has old tubs, you have to wait for hot water for a good ten minutes. The toilet paper holder kept coming off. The bathroom and bed was facing each other and the position was just awkward. The carpet also needed cleaning

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.
