ตั้งอยู่ที่เล็มบัง อากาศสดชื่นและเย็นสบาย สถาปัตยกรรมของโรงแรมน่าทึ่งมากและมีสถานที่ให้ถ่ายรูปมากมาย โดยส่วนตัวแล้วฉันชอบ Kids Cads เพราะเป็นกิจกรรมสำหรับเด็ก และผู้ดูแลก็เอาใจใส่และมีประสบการณ์ในด้านการศึกษาของเด็กเป็นอย่างมาก สระว่ายน้ำดีมาก แต่เนื่องจากฝนตก สระน้ำอุ่นจึงยังคงรู้สึกเย็นโดยเฉพาะสำหรับเด็ก ห้องพักไม่กว้างขวางอย่างที่เราคิด แต่ก็โอเค และมินิบาร์ก็ฟรี กาแฟจาก Inspira อร่อยมากและฉันสั่งไปหลายแก้ว เตียงแฝดเล็กเกินไปสำหรับฉันและลูกวัย 4 ขวบของฉันที่จะนอนด้วย แม้จะมีผู้เข้าพักน้อยในช่วงเดือนถือศีลอดและขอเตียงขนาดใหญ่ แต่เราก็ไม่ได้สิ่งที่เราต้องการ อาหารก็โอเค แต่ฉันหวังว่าพวกเขาจะมีอาหารที่หลากหลายมากขึ้นโดยเฉพาะเมนูที่เป็นมิตรกับเด็กมากกว่าเช่นพาสต้า เราลองทั้งสองร้าน Semeja และ Monomono พบว่าเราชอบโมโนโมโนมากกว่า ประสบการณ์โดยรวมก็ดี ลูกของฉันชอบให้อาหารปลา ว่ายน้ำ และเล่นที่แคดส์ของเด็กๆ ฉันชอบเรือนเพาะชำต้นไม้และยิม พนักงานทุกคนมีความเป็นมิตรมาก

ที่ตั้งดีมาก เดินไปยังถนนบรากาได้และอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟบันดุง เตียงนอนสบายและบุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้าก็ยอดเยี่ยม! สิ่งหนึ่งที่ควรทราบเกี่ยวกับสระว่ายน้ำคือเย็นเนื่องจากไม่ใช่สระว่ายน้ำอุ่น โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักเป็นที่น่าพอใจ และโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งพนักงานเอาใจใส่ มีความรู้ และเป็นมิตร โดยเฉพาะพนักงานชายที่ทำการเช็คอินให้ฉัน จำชื่อเขาไม่ได้ ขอบคุณมาก

The hotel is probably in old style hotel but the room was huge and the services are good. The room service was quick even though the hotel looks full. The extra bed also comfy. In addition to that, i just wanted to praise the hotel breakfast team. The breakfast was superb, wide range of food , the pastry is good, the western also delicious. Overall we satisfied with the hotel.

รีสอร์ทที่สวยงามบนภูเขา มีวิวเมืองบันดุงที่สวยงามมาก สถานที่เงียบสงบมาก บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ ห่างไกลจากชีวิตในเมือง ร้านอาหารในรีสอร์ทยอดเยี่ยม ราคาไม่แพง อาหารอร่อย มี Netflix ในห้องพักด้วย โดยรวมแล้วเป็นสถานที่ที่ดีสำหรับการพักผ่อนและผ่อนคลาย

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. อยากแนะนำที่นี่ให้กับกลุ่มครอบครัวเล็กๆ เลยค่ะ ที่พักเยี่ยมมาก เช็คอินง่ายแม้ว่าเราจะมาถึงหลังเที่ยงคืน ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตแย่มาก (ใช้ e-sim จาก Telkosem) และเราไม่สามารถเข้าถึงและเปลี่ยนบัญชี Netflix ได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม เรามีความสุขมากที่ได้พักที่นี่ การตกแต่งภายในและการออกแบบของที่พักก็สวยงามมากค่ะ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

This hotel offers an excellent stay for those prioritizing convenience and culinary quality, featuring a highly diverse and flavorful breakfast spread alongside a prime location that provides easy access to the city's key attractions. However, the overall guest experience is hindered by the room facilities, as the amenities and in-room essentials are need improve to require modernization to meet the high standards service. While it is a strong choice for food lovers and travelers on the go, improvements in room equipment and comfort would significantly elevate its value.
