So I scored this at an average because I stayed here before and it was great however the second time was pretty bad. I booked a mini suite this time (previous was a premium king or tier lower to the suite so I was expecting a great experience but it was not. The entrance was on the side of the building which was not the main entrance which was an inconvenience. For breakfast, we had to walk across the parking lot into the main building, another inconvenience. At check in the receptionist could not locate my booking and had to make phone calls to figure out my stay details. Once at my room (here it begins) no hot water, shower did not drain properly so while showering it would overflowed onto the floor. The rooms had crack flooring, water damaged wall paper, stained and damaged seating and the bathroom mirror light did not work (the drain is the only thing fixed during my stay) There were no drinking water bottles or welcome letters and/or room service menu and not even a tv guide for us either(Rm A712). Lastly the security was rude to my wife (this is the main reason for my rating), I booked the room under my name and she tried to enter the hotel without me to use the ATM. She was stopped, questioned and denied entry until I walked up showing the room key. I was devastated because we walked in and out of entry several times so we should have at least been recognized. I will stay again and hope that this does not happen again.

基本滿分，房間設施新，服務熱情。早餐不錯。位置可以。缺點：門卡壞了兩次，酒店的餐食太貴了，溢價過高。餐飲性價比不行。

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. They helped me find a trustworthy taxi, which I really appreciated. The room was cleaned every day, and the sheets were changed regularly. The location is very convenient, close to the airport and other places around the city. I was also picked up from the airport, which made my arrival very easy. The hotel is quiet and not crowded, and the price is very good compared to other hotels. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit. The wifi is ok but could be better

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Executive Apartments. The staff were professional and welcoming, the room very comfortable and the breakfast spread was really good with lots of choice.  The location is good, easy to get to from the airport using the Ride app and then centrally located for sightseeing. We didn't use the kitchen in our room, but it seemed to have everything in it. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom (particularly the shower) were dated and could use an upgrade but it didn't bother us. Overall a great choice for Addis visits.

От отеля ожидала многого, но не могу сказать, что он мне понравился. Окна номеров выходили либо на шумящий генератор, либо на шумную дорогу. Номера хорошие, хорошая кровать и amenities. Хороший уровень сервиса, очень вежливые все сотрудники. По приезде поставили тарелку с фруктами. Завтраки нам не очень понравились – по сути, ели только омлет и фрукты, всё остальное не зашло. Сходила в спа. Вода в бассейне прохладная, бассейн на улице, хотя в Аддис-Абебе всегда прохладно. Размер бассейна хороший и подойдёт тем, кто любит плавать. Ходила в спа. Хорошие сауна и хаммам. Записалась на массаж спины. Сделали в итоге дорогой массаж всего тела. Я просила сильный – это было хорошо. Но зачем было оставлять шишку на затылке – непонятно. Я почувствовала боль и уже поздно было говорить остановиться – болело 2 дня потом. Думаю, что по соотношению цена-качество хороший отель для Аддис-Абебы. Сетевые отели здесь переоценены, к сожалению.

The front desk and cleaners here were so nice. Very pleasant every single day! Plus the room was super clean and well organized for a weeks stay for me 😁

Some staff were good and front desk manager during the day but it's poor over the phone in the night and restaurant waitress. Couple of days we asked staff simple stuff, like butter and we was told, there's no butter and almost everyday breakfast it was the same except on Saturday, they provided samusas. There breakfast is very heavy 😕 😫.. rice, anjera eithopian pancake with mixed with eithopian spice sauce, different bread, mixed cooked vegetable, cooked cabbage, cupcakes, cakes and arabian beans and cold porridge make with water and one choice of cereal. The room is big but the cleaning is not good and we found cockrach but we already informed the front desk manager. Overall poor service, poor quality of food and poor cleaning.
