We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend

เมื่อวานฉันเพิ่งเลือกโรงแรมและไม่สามารถเล่นหมากรุกได้ ในที่สุดฉันก็คิดว่านี่เป็นสามวันก่อน เดิมทีฉันตัดสินใจตัดสินใจอย่างเด็ดขาดก่อนที่จะพาลูกไปเพราะเจนีวาใช้เวลาสี่ชั่วโมงนานและฉันกลัวว่าเขาไม่สามารถอยู่บนเครื่องบินได้ [หัวเราะร้องไห้ R] [หัวเราะร้องไห้ R] j โรงแรมครึ่งแพ็ค, แค่บอกว่าต้องจ่ายเอง ปกติไม่ต้องกินอาหารเช้าและอาหารกลางวันตอนดึก [ชอบ R] ขอบคุณทางโรงแรมที่อัพเกรดห้องของฉันและให้ฉันมีสระว่ายน้ําขนาดเล็กที่มีนิ้วโป้ง โรงแรมนี้มีสระว่ายน้ําใหญ่สองสระ และสระสําหรับเด็ก โรงแรมไม่ใหญ่ เขียวขจีดี ดูสะอาดตา มีร้านอาหารสามห้อง บุฟเฟ่ต์ ร้านอาหารสเปน และร้านอาหารฟิวชั่น บุฟเฟ่ต์ไม่ต้องจอง อีกสองคนต้องจองล่วงหน้า แต่ฟรีด้วย สะดวกมากที่จะรูดบัตรห้องพักที่ประตูหลังของโรงแรมสามารถเข้าถึงชายหาดได้โดยตรงโดยรูดบัตรห้องพัก คุณยังสามารถไปที่ชายหาดได้อีกด้วย ล้วนเป็นร้านอาหาร บาร์ และร้านค้า คุณสามารถจินตนาการได้ว่าจะมีชีวิตชีวาแค่ไหนในช่วงฤดูท่องเที่ยว และถนนสายนี้ยาวมาก อย่างน้อย 40 ➕ นาที กินและดื่มได้ตลอดทาง ริมถนนเป็นโรงแรมห้าดาว คุณสามารถเห็นสระว่ายน้ําและร้านอาหารของโรงแรมอื่น ๆ และฉันจะเปลี่ยนโรงแรมต่อไป [หัวเราะร้องไห้ R] c อาหารก็ไม่เลว มันคุ้มค่ามากเมื่อเทียบกับสวิตเซอร์แลนด์และรสชาติดี ฉันพอใจ [หัวเราะร้องไห้ R] เมื่อเช็คอิน แผนกต้อนรับจะให้แผนที่ การจราจรค่อนข้างสะดวก [มาเลย R] z โดยรวมถือว่าดีและแนะนํา [okR]

Het was weer geweldig. Zeezicht kamer vlakbij de boulevard. Heerlijk eten en fantastische wellness en sauna. Persoonlijke service en daardoor reden voor veel mensen om terug te komen. Tot snel.

โรงแรมที่ดีติดทะเลพร้อมสวนซุปเปอร์ ! ร้านอาหารก็สุดยอด ! น่าเสียดายที่ 5 ดาว น้ําเล็กในห้องและเครื่อง Nespresso ไม่มีเครื่องสําอางหรือสบู่ !! บริการในห้องโอเค

The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

The “Pool View Suite” had no view of the Pool. No way are they of 4 Star Standard either. Lots of Cracked tiles and very shoddy and aged.. Food was very good and plentiful.. The staff extremely friendly, but at €300 a night, we felt very cheated with everything about Room 812 that was deemed a “Pool View and Garden View Suite”!! Besides zero view of the Pool, it was of very aged decor and in urgent need of modernisation.. Not to  mention the Gardeners making noise with machinery from around 4am In the morning.. Would not return

Nos ha encantado las vistas e instalaciones,, la habitación amplia con vistas una, terraza grande y preciosa con un tendedero y todo. Los detalles de las infusiones y el café, azúcar, tazas... y un mini fregadero con su estropajo, jabón y todo. La cama muy cómoda y con dos almohadas incluso, ambas cómodas. Aunque una suite debería tener bañera y cama doble. El spa es de acceso libre y sin reservar. El aparcamiento en la calle gratuito es fácil en la puerta.

Una estancia de 10, todo ha sido maravilloso desde que entramos a hacer el check-in. La habitación estaba impecable tenía una vista impresionante. La comida era abundante con mucha variedad pero todo faltaba sal. Los cocktails de TI eran muy buenos aunque estaban hechos con licores de marca blanca pero no afecta casi nada. Ideal si viajas con niños ya que la mayoría de las actuaciones nocturnas son dedicadas a ellos. En fin hemos disfrutado mucho durante los 4 días ahí. Muchas gracias a todos los trabajadores.

Axel Beach Maspalomas We stayed 5 nights in room 123. The room was nice apart from 2 flaws:  * the drying rack on the balcony didn’t stay up (used a chair to solve that) * the plumbing in the bathroom smelled at various points, impossible to predict, and near impossible to easily fix… (luckily it never dropped below 20 degrees so we always left a window open) Aside from this our stay was very enjoyable. We didn’t take the breakfast option as there’s enough little shops around, and a fridge, hot plate and microwave (and plates, Dolce Gusto, cutlery) in the room. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, used the gym and laundry room, hung out by the pool several times, chatted and more. In this price category it’s well located, well staffed, and fairly priced.
