We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located near the International Trade Market. The staff was friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Mr. KAY for his warm welcome and kindness. He was always attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. We had a wonderful time at the this amazing place. The crew was really friendly and helpful. The bed and shower was great. We did BBQ at our balcony which was very conveniente. Breakfast was full of ingredients. Hot springs are relaxed and warm. ผู้จัดการสื่อสารได้ดีมาก แถมยังให้ขนมต้อนรับตอนเช็คอิน และอัปเกรดห้องพักให้ด้วย แต่ดันได้ห้องที่ชั้น 22 ซึ่งอยู่ติดกับห้องซักผ้าหยอดเหรียญ เลยมีเสียงดังนิดหน่อย 555 โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่ามากค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับให้ดาวน์โหลดแอปฯ แล้วยังได้อาหารเช้าฟรี 1 มื้อด้วย ร้านอาหารส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวต่างชาติ เป็นร้านอาหารจีนที่มีชาวต่างชาติเยอะกว่าคนจีนแบบเห็นได้ชัด ซึ่งปรากฏการณ์แบบนี้คงมีแต่ที่เมืองอี้อูสินะคะ

It's a hotel for all kinds of people: couples, businesspeople, families, etc. The hotel is amazing. The staff was very polite but for a 5 Diamonds hotel,no one speaks English. However, everything was clean. The hot springs open from 14:00 to 22:00. Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. Dinner closes at 20:00 which is a little early for foreigners. But it is a big buffet so there will be always something delicious to eat.

มาพักกับพ่อแม่ช่วงปีใหม่ เลยเลือกห้องที่มีครัวเล็กๆ อยากจะทานอาหารมื้อค่ำวันสิ้นปีกันในห้อง บรรยากาศวิวแม่น้ำจากหน้าต่างก็กว้างขวางดี แถมห้องแบบ 2 ห้องนอน 1 ห้องนั่งเล่นก็กว้างขวางพอสมควร ทำให้พ่อแม่ประทับใจมากครับ ต้องขอขอบคุณทีมงานโรงแรมเป็นพิเศษ โดยเฉพาะ Grace และบริการขนสัมภาระของพนักงานต้อนรับ ถึงแม้จะเป็นคืนวันสิ้นปีจีน แต่ก็ยังตอบกลับได้รวดเร็วและใส่ใจ ช่วยจัดส่งอาหารให้ถึงห้อง ทำให้การเข้าพักราบรื่นมากครับ เช้าวันแรกของปีใหม่ ทางโรงแรมยังจัดแสดงเชิดสิงโตด้วย บรรยากาศเทศกาลอบอวลไปด้วยความรู้สึกดีๆ และความพิเศษของประเพณีครับ

Hotel is so good, very cleen, breakfast is very nice, very friendly, I like so much.

ที่ตั้งทำเลดีมาก ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้า การบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกคุณภาพดี ห้องอาหารเช้าใหญ โต๊ะอาหารเยอะ อาหารถูกปาก ระยะเวลาทานอาหารเช้าดีเยี่ยม มีห้องฟิตเนส แผนกต้อนรับลูกค้า มีที่ให้นั่ง ระหว่างรอคอย ดีมาก สรุปแล้วประทับใจ ไปอีกครั้งจะพักที่เดิม

The hotel itself was beautiful and relaxing. But something to keep in mind as a foreign (not Chinese), it will be difficult to communicate with the staff. No one can speak English (not even a little bit) It made it difficult to order food and get around. Everything is on Chinese. The food is very ”Chinese” So sometimes it was difficult to find something we wanted to eat. The staff were kind and happy, but even with a translation app, you could not communicate with them. We visited other places in China, and we could communicate with the app, just fine with them. we will not stay here again, because of the difficulties about the language barrier. We found the the hot spring on our last day, because nobody would show us where, or help us book a ticket for it. This tour was a mix of business and family time, it was difficult to find sightseeing compared to other cities. Choose another place, if it is possible.
