First, the front desk girl was not pleasant at all!! Took a some time to check in due to the fact she couldn’t get off her phone! She finally looked at me and never said a word! Told her my name and she immediately said, “ hope you know you pay it all now and not later! “ I said that’s not a problem! And she didn’t like the fact I asked for 2 key cards!
Besides there being a rotten smell coming from the sink in the kitchen and about a 1/2 inch of dust covering the ceiling fan blades, it was ok! We asked for extra towels, never got any! The cleaning service didn’t come and do anything even after we mentioned the smell in the sink and the dusty fan! Not pleased at all and more than likely not recommend this hotel!
So for over almost $200 a night, I would expect better!

Clean. Comfortable. Decent breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Love the gas grill by the pool and the basketball court.

Place was modern. Clean and quiet. Didn't use the kitchen but was convenient to have. Enjoyed the hot breakfast but ****** the coffee machine was down during our weekend stay.

The property was clean and nice, but some of the rooms looked worn. The staff was very nice and let us have a late check out since we had car trouble.

Usually start here with the family. May start staying elsewhere. Check in service was ok. Room was dirty. Crumbs on the floor in the living room. Bathtub had hair in it. Checked in late with 4 toddlers, so didn't complain to front desk. Breakfast staff was not friendly at all.

Dont expect a Homewood style of service in this location.
Poor breakfast service. Most of the customers were just told no breakfast even though it's 8.15am
This happened on the new year.
Rooms were ok. Anyone can listen to a conversation inside the room.

We stayed here for a night everything was good in the room we had. Only thing i would say was that the family that was above us kept stomping on the floor running around all night called the front desk she said she was going to check it out but that she has heard nothing after i called it didint stop stomping kept on all night breakfast wish had a better variety
