The rooms were good and night staff were good especially staff member named ace and gokuma was let down by morning staff called zoe was very unprofessional and rude was disguisted by her service felt very intimadated by the way she dealt with my enquiry will be thinking twice next time to stay at travelodge accommodations should have gone Premier Inn or holiday Inn instead due to her ****** remarks and moody behaviour.apart from that everything was OK.

Rooms & food great
Location. Says on the hotel description a 5 minute walk to the airport. This is untrue. Its a 45 minute walk as you have to walk round the outside of the carpark. You can only use the free bus if you park in the carpark. Had to get a taxi which was a few minutes drive and cost £20:20. So misleading.

It would be extremely helpful if you were to give precise instructions on how non car drivers can access your hotel from the airport terminal without walking. We eventually found the X1 service bus.

Stayed for 1 night prior to early flight. It was further from the airport than I thought it was. The bed was comfortable and bedding spotless The hubby liked the fact he could see the aircraft take off and land from the room so wasn’t disappointed that it was further than anticipated. The bathroom was adequate but I’m not sure about having a shower curtain instead of a screen but it did look clean. The meals we had were nice and a couple of drinks in bar. Hospitally tray was adequate too. You need to ask reception for hairdryers but not an issue. Overall it’s great value for money and we would stay again. All the staff we came into contact were friendly and professional at all times

We have had an amazing stay before & after our holiday. Very helpful staff who went above & beyond. A special mention to Emma & Amanda on desk at Birmingham Travel Lodge.

Pretty good for a travelodge. We stayed the night before our flight because the hotel claimed to be 400 yards from the airport. It's on the wrong side of the airport! You'll need to catch a bus or take a taxi to the airport terminal.
