We had a disappointing experience at the Suite. At check in, the entrance lock pad didn't work and we were stuck outside for 45 minutes before a fellow guest let us in (the hotel manager was not even based in Seattle and did not help us when we reached out). On top of that, the cleaner threw away all our belongings in the bathroom on the first night of our stay and the manager refused to acknowledge their mistake (they bought a toothbrush and toothpaste for us as compensation, but the other toiletries like a moisturizer were not replaced). The hotel did not offer a refund or discount for all of these inconveniences. The bedroom is very stuffy as the windows don't open, making it difficult to get fresh air in the room. Additionally, the bathroom is outside the bedroom, so you have to walk into a public hallway when you move from the bathroom to the bedroom, making it very inconvenient. I'd avoid booking this place.

Vince was very helpful with everything we needed, nice neighborhood and good place to rest after a long day.

The property is clean and is in a great area. However, the management is awful. First of all know that you are going to have to pay more through a different site for a cleaning fee and pet rent. Usually I would have canceled my reservation for this, but we were in a situation where we needed something fast. The manager for some reason would not give us any details about the property until the morning of our first day there, and the numeric key that he gave to get into the room was for a room that was occupied! There was an open suitcase in it. Then we were given a key to a different room and the door wouldn’t close and it kept beeping. I had had it and yelled at him over the phone to just give us a refund but he said no. You’d think that giving us a key to SOMEONE ELSE’S DOOR would have been enough to give us our money back but no. So anyway, don’t stay here. Some random person might just walk right into your room.

Kitchen had no pots only 3 skillits with no tops oven would set off smoke alarm i was 9n the 3rd floor did not like rhat with bad knees laundry was a plus righr on bus line was excellent for me to get to work would stay again love the area took a new job site here and this place was great while im looking for a peremenant place of my own

Had a wonderful experience. Cute little spot and the wife absolutely loved having exspressos every morning. Super responsive staff very helpful in the web cliant

Enjoyed my stay, rooms were very clean and so was the bathroom. Was a great place to lay my head after running around Seattle and Washington all day for a decent price.
