uno de los mejores hoteles si hablamos de la calidad de servicio y las amplias y limpias habitaciones. De verdad muy atentos extremadamente amables y acogedores. Si prefiere senderismo - justo al lado queda Val d'Incles - no se necesita coche - se puede alcanzar a pie. Vistas del balcon fenomenales y el balcon si que tiene una buena superficie.

Park Piolets is by far the best hotel I ever been. It was the 7th time this year and the experience surpasses itself every year. The buffet is large, various and delicious. The spa is great. There is a small pool for kids, a "deeper" pool, a hot tub inside and outside, a sauna and a hammam. You can book a massage if you want. There is wifi in the whole hotel. The bar is very cosy. The rooms are pretty big and has a big bathroom with a bath and shower and quality local products. There's a television, a refrigerator and a beatiful view! The services are amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I don't remember a lot, but I will nevera forget the names of the staff. A huge thanks to: Borjá, Victoria, Carlos, Anyela, Estefania, Álvaro, Oscar, Juan Cruz, Bianca, Tatiana, Liliana, Federico, Juan Manuel, Camilo, Guillermina, the cooks and everyone who I didn't named. (I'm sorry, You didn't had a name card ). I hope to see you next year! ❤️

I recently stayed at Park Piolets Hotel in Andorra and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are incredibly cozy, featuring natural materials and a bathtub, with beautiful views from the balcony. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, catering to all tastes. The spa is of a high standard, providing a relaxing retreat. This year, the hotel has renovated the kids' playroom, making it fun for children of all ages—and even adults! The location is excellent, with a ski lift nearby and the entrance to Vall d'Incles just around the corner, offering fantastic hiking trails. Highly recommended for a relaxing and adventurous stay!

Loved everything about my stay. Great room / food was fabulous breakfast and evening meals / location and facilities were spot on. Overall a fab hotel and great staff. There were plenty of walks in and around when I had down time from work. Definitely stay again.

Hotel cleanness and staff friendliness are the main reasons why I would come back and recommend this place. The hotel facilities and parking are great and it is located in a quite area with magnificent natural area. I hope that during summer days they provide at least some fans to cool down the room temperature.

Take your money elsewhere. — They charge you an additional separate fee to use the pool and or jacuzzi which is nuts. Spa makes sense, but the pool??? Also, they have a policy of prohibiting kids after 6PM in the pool. Jacuzzi I get, but again the pool?? Nor any towels anywhere to dry. Get this…We checked in 10 minutes before 6PM and they had zero flexibility, when we asked if our kids could use the pool for 15min and call it a day, they said no and the pool was pretty much empty spare one old fart. We wanted to leave and get a refund before staying the night and the manager told us being cute “we have your passport's, can call the cops if you want a refund.”

Had a one night stay there recently as we were in town for a show. Little out the way from ALV, but I guess most folks stay there for the available skiing in winter. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and efficient staff. Very good breakfast indeed. So, it fulfilled the brief.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very gentle and the food was very tastful. There was a very wide range at the buffets. We just missed some sun loungers and a pool outside that are free to use without reservation. We think the hotel is mainly focused on winterseason and missed some activity outside the hotel. The bar was beautiful but empty. We missed some activity for the evening. But after all, a very nice hotel!
