We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. Everything you could want.

Had a great stay very relaxing chilled out hotel nothing was a problem leisure facilities were great. Staff were always very pleasant.

Breakfast is the hidden gem of the hotel. Buffet with great choice and wide range of food. Recommend driving as location is not very great.

Hotel is lovely but rooms had no toiletries, room wasn’t freshened up so no coffee and no toilet rolls etc

My husband and I booked a 2 night break with our 3 kids over half term.
We were so pleasantly surprised at the extra spacious 2 bedroom suites.
One bedroom had 2 single beds, a sofa and kitchenette, we had also added the play tent which my boys loved.
Our bedroom was really spacious as well with a king size bed and a single bed.
The only improvement i could say for the room was the bathroom could do with being updated.
The hotel itself was lovely, lovely swimming pool area and the children were thrilled that the large inflatable island was out as well.
We opted for room only but paid for breakfast one morning. The restaurant was v busy and there were a few breakfast items which seemed to be empty for some time. The staff were v friendly and were trying their best to replenish as quickly as they could.
My children also enjoyed the kids club and kids game area.
We would definitely return

Very run down hotel. There was a foul smell in bedroom. Swimming area/ changing facilities filthy. Hairs/ dirt on floor, hairs stuck to walls on shower. Just disgusting. Extremely disappointed with our stay. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t not recommend.

not wanting to travel in the dark for an early hospital appoin**ent. delighted we decided to book in Clayton hotel for the night. made life so much easier. 7 am breakfast left me plenty of time to get to my appoin**ent. will use again for future appoin**ents .
