房間挺大的～衞浴不錯~
就是不知道為啥要11點退房～
位置交通方便～就在文華東方旁邊～

這個洗手盆不理想，排水慢，尤其是洗杯子污水總是要時間才能流幹，必須要改進。

非常糟糕的一次體驗，
入住流程： 三點沒辦法準時給你房間，拖到了三點半，第二天還是要你準時退房。
房間： 豪華特大床根本不是特大床，感覺比萬豪系列飯店的特大床還要小很多，也不夠長，高一點的人睡會很辛苦，房間設備問題也很多，吧檯燈壞掉，控制面板無法使用，打電話請人來維修，等了大半小時才有人來，修完之後沒多久又會時不時跳電。
入住已經被拖了大半個小時，房間設備維修又拖了大半個小時，完全影響後面的行程。
地板有不明污漬（有照片），還有多處灰塵，沒有清理乾淨
退房：退房態度普通，最誇張是感覺完全聽不懂英文，連報個車牌號前三碼的英文字母都要確認很多遍，最後開車出去果然就是被擋下，又要在停車場斜坡上打電話到櫃檯再三強調一次車牌號，沒有看過這麼差的櫃檯人員反應。
整體來說非常糟糕，整體只值2500的價值體驗，甚至我會推薦去三星級的連鎖飯店絕對都比這裡好。

酒店房間寬敞，地理位置非常方便，但大堂超級昏暗，剛進大堂的時候感覺一個員工都沒有，走近一點才在一個角落見到兩位員工，入住過程不太順利，員工服務一般般

前台很熱情，有問題都會耐心幫助解決，房間面積和衞生也都不錯，就是鏡子稍微有點多，地段的話就在小巨蛋附近，旁邊是文華東方，但離地鐵站有點距離，對拖大箱子的不太友好，酒店門口有公交直達華山園區和西門町，除此之外去哪兒都不遠但都不是很便捷

美憬閣飯店地理位置優越且方便，飯店內乾淨整潔舒適衛生，交通便利，櫃檯服務人員態度親切友善，非常值得推薦給遊客選擇

I No recommend this hotel.. all reception attitude is not good.
I arrive hotel early but the reception just ask me to leave luggage without saying any extra.. then I come back hotel at night and found out the room is totally different from what I booking.. I went to reception ask but they replied me that although the room difference from picture but that room still under the room type I book and said all the room are full and no able to change to the room which I request. I tried to find their official website also can’t find the room picture under the room type they mentioned. This is misleading customer to make booking but in the end get difference thing. Location is quite far from MRT station which is around 12 min walking distance. The breakfast is not tasty as well. So really no worthy hotel to book.

連續住了3天，這是目前在台北選的最滿意的酒店！性價比非常高！從酒店的設施、裝修、以及房間的洗漱用品、吹風機、拖鞋、睡衣等選品可以看出是非常用心了！床也超級舒服，老公説晚上睡的很好（他是淺眠的人）酒店早餐也很豐富，連續吃了兩天還會有變化哦！煙燻三文魚、🦐油飯、黃油等都是用的非常好的食材！我記得炒蛋非常嫩還加了松露😃 早上的清湯也很濃很好喝！現在終於懂為什麼説s hotel虧損了😂説實話 它們這個標配，這個價格，在這麼好的地段（旁邊是東方文華酒店、離小巨蛋、松山機場都非常近）都不知道能不能不賺錢😂 希望小菲哥可以繼續堅持經營下去，以後來台北還會選擇住這裏！來給小菲哥小電費😂
對了還有唯一一點需要加強的就是可能因為業績問題嗎？人手有點少！門口其實有接待台的 但是現在都沒有迎接人員，也沒有可以推行李的斜坡全是樓梯，對帶推車和行李的不太有好！夜班的時候竟然衹有一個人值班？回酒店的時候卡刷不上，一下子找不到工作人員😂可能上WC去了😓 如果一點可以加強下就太完美拉！
