In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 100 m, extra. Shop 140 m, grocery 160 m, supermarket 130 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery 150 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 50 m, lake Grenon 700 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, skisport facilities 700 m, ski rental 450 m, ice rink 600 m, children's playground 700 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Moubra 1.8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. The residence is built on an incline. The floors are seen more like levels (calculated from the bottom of the residence). 1-room studio 35 m2, on the upper ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (144 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double wall-trunk bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV with flat screen.
