The location is great - right near the slopes for easy access. However, the accommodations are very basic - uncomfortable beds, no soap provided in the bathroom, poorly controllable heating system. I would recommend only in case you are not able to book a different accomodation.

El apartamento estaba genial y muy limpio. La ubicación no estaba mal, pero había que subir…
Al ser verano no había recepción, pero tuvimos problemas con el check-in y nos lo arreglaron al momento de forma telefónica, así que genial.

Habíamos estado antes en estos apartamentos y sabemos a lo que vamos.
Es una opción barata y decente que es lo que íbamos. Está cerca de la plaza.
Si buscas algo súper chulo, con vistas o relajarte, este alojamiento no es lo que buscas.
Si mejoran el establecimiento y demás sería más caro.

llevamos mas de 10 años visitando estos apartamentos y la verdad esque van a peor, nos encontramos la habitacion con el suelo sucio de no haberlo barrido ni fregado , las sabanas con pelos . Mucho ruido por la noche entrando y saliendo gente joven, espejos rotos en los ascensores,en mi opinion van a peor.

Ich war im Sommer hier und dieses Haus ist eines der wenigen offenen Quartiere zu dieser Jahreszeit. Ich wurde vom Hotel Monachil, welches auch zu dieser Hotelgruppe gehören dürfte, hierher vermittelt. Es handelt sich um ein riesiges Apartmenthaus mit vielen Stockwerken und endlos langen Gängen, in denen man leicht die Orientierung verlieren kann. Man sieht auch keine Angestellten. Das Einchecken und Öffnen des Haustors funktioniert mittels Code, was aber leider nicht ganz problemlos funktionierte. Alles wirkt unpersönlich und kafkaesk. Auch die Qualität des Zimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl das Haus über eine riesige Garage verfügt, die während meines Aufenthaltes leer war, wurde mir kein Garagenplatz vermietet.

La verdad que todo podía a ver sido mejor pero encontrar miles de pelo en la cama ha echo que me decepcionara tanto que no creo que volviera, el apartamento está bien ubicado y equipado, la limpieza tiene que mejorar mucho. Y la amabilidad del personal, pero en general todo el personal de todas las tiendas y bares son muy bordes y en los supermercados te observan como si fueras un ladrón. Mi consejo si puedes lleva todo comprado desde Granada
