Royal Atlantis Spa & Resort

We arrived here after a long day travelling and after checking in went to lobby bar to get a drink as it was late. Barman chatting to couple of girls tried to impress them by making me look stupid, few choice words later and he was a lot more polite. OK first point and this isn't a criticism its a fact....we were the only English people in the hotel, nearly all German couples and families who we got along with perfectly fine so it really didn't matter. It was hard at times to make yourself understood because the staff just aren't used to dealing with Brits bit we got by and got along fantastically well with the guys at the pool bars. And Omer the entertainment guy playing killer darts was fun. Hotel is spotless and well set out, 2 large pools with a swim up bar in both. Couple of slides. Always sunbeds available and not 1 single towel reserving sunbeds made us think its more a British problem. Restaurant was really well set out, food was excellent and plentiful. It did get repetitive but its AI so no surprise. Beach is lovely and the beach bar for lunch is a super setting. All in all we had a fantastic time and had no problems other than first night. I'd return here but if you prefer more Brits than maybe not for you.

Just returned, early on in the season so pool a little on the cold side and entertainment limited due to this bit what was on during the evening was perfect mevlut and omar went out of there way to make sure everyone had fun, food was amazing lots of different choices beach bar serving freshly made pizza everyday and kebabs ect all in all very pleased.

A lovely hotel well situated next to a large sandy beach. Plenty of sunbeds around the pools and on the beach. Rooms Clean but noisy bathroom fan and finishings were not 5 stars. Small balcony but pleasant. The provide hair dryer, slippers, there is a laundry and ironing service. Water in the fridge. Pools Large but on the cold side, didn't stop us though. Good slides. Food Breakfast omelette, fruit, eggs, toast plenty of choice. Lunch - the best food of the day at lyrika beach bar kebab, grilled fish, fresh pizza, lots of salads. Evening meal again plenty of choice. Staff are lovely but English is limited. Ali in the restaurant spoke English and helped us with an issue. Animation team are great, loved bowls on the beach, killer darts, karaoke, Mr show thanks to Omar and Mevlut. The hotel has lots of nationalities abd it was great to play the games all together. The area out sidetge hotel isn't great lots of shops but that's it. Recommend catching a bus to side for 1 euro to see the ancient ruins and wonder round the town and harbour.

I have just returned from this hotel, the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, very clean and very well looked after. The food was lovely, the only thing I can fault is the drinks, as much as there was a cocktail menu and local spirits they weren’t the best, so much so we didn’t really drink as much as we would usually drink, even went to the shop and bought our own drinks. As it’s still early the entertainment was limited there wasn’t much going on around the pool during the day but evening entertainment was on and what was provided was good. We hired a car as it was cheaper to hire a car for a week than pay for a private transfer (apparently the one included in holiday price takes 2 hrs) private transfer was $100 return and takes 45mins but we hired a car for a week for $96 which allowed us to be able to visit more places like land of legends, green canyon and side. All in all a great holiday with 2 kids aged 10 and 14 they weren’t bored and ate everything they could

Superb holiday, hotel spotless, staff very friendly and cannot do enough for you, food great, pool and beach perfect. Entertainment team perfect especially Ormer and Mevlut made you feel very welcome - thanks for the best holiday Grant, Marie, Oliver and Izzy

We have been clients of Atlantis for years now and we always stayed at the original Hotel created by Sol Kerzner. This time we booked at the Royal the brand new iconic Hotel at Atlantis The Palm managed by a veteran of the Hospitality business Tom Roelens. We booked a family suite at the 37th floor ….just amazing . The view is breathless and the room …as well. Service outstanding everywhere from the hotel to the 13 restaurants, the beach and the water park. Well done Tom, you brought this hotel at a better level than Fourseasons but 10 fold bigger !!! I highly recommend either for families or couples, you will find everything you can dream of!

Where to even begin? For the last two years, we have had the most incredible holidays at the Royal Atlantis Spa & Resort. The staff are what make this place so amazing - and those complaining that there aren’t enough English people or that people should speak English are frankly complaining for the sake of complaining. Everybody is so friendly, so welcoming and they go the extra mile to ensure you have the holiday of your dreams. - The wonderful animation team lead by the amazing Mehmet. They would always go the extra mile to speak to you and see you are enjoying yourself. We became close friends with both Mehmet and Ciko - Ciko even took the time to play Uno with us and the hotel is so lucky to have him as an employee! - The accommodating nature of the reception team - on our arrival this year we weren’t too happy with our room but within 5 minutes we had changed to the same room we had last year! So quick and easy - we are really thankful. A special mention to Ziya Celik for helping us with our luggage and for always being so friendly! - Our wonderful restaurant waiter Refik Ças would be so warm and kind every night and would always ensure that we had a table despite how busy the restaurant can be. He is an absolute credit to the hotel! - Serhat in the ghasal bar by the activity pool was so happy to help us with our drinks every day and he was amazing with the children. The lifeguard for the water slides was so friendly and kind as well. - The best gozleme you will ever eat - made fresh and served by the kindest lady you can imagine to meet. Thank you for making our holidays so amazing. We will be back!
