"I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Metropol Suisse-Como.The central location with stunning lake views made the visit even more special. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly caring and polite. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed that the team even remembered exactly how I like my coffee — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking. Their kindness really meant a lot to us. A special mention goes to Elvira, who was wonderfully attentive and polite during breakfast every morning. She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the hotel enough and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!"

"Отель просто очаровательный! Аутентичный маленький люкс с древней печью, комодом и платяным шкафом, мебель и вправду из прошлого века. Не смотря на это, все очень в хорошем состоянии. Ванные комнаты очень чистые, косметические принадлежности вкусно пахнут, белоснежные полотенца, постельное белье, все очень приличное. Первое впечатление немного обманчиво, погружаешься в атмосферу прошлого века, но потом постепенно влюбляешься в него, он абсолютно удачно расположен и имеет просто шикарный вид на озеро. Этот небольшой бутик отель заслуживает особого внимания благодаря заботливому персоналу. Хорошие завтраки, и приятные комплименты в лаунж-баре, как приятный бонус к нашему пребыванию."

"หันหน้าไปทางทะเลสาบโคโม ห้องวิวทะเลสาบมีวิวระดับเฟิร์สคลาส สวยเหมือนในรูปในแนะนํา มีร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนชั้นล่าง เล็กแพง แต่สภาพแวดล้อมดี ของก็โอเค ข้อเสียคือน้ําอาบไม่ดี น้ําจะเย็นหลังจากซักพัก ซึ่งทําให้คนอึดอัดมาก นอกจากนี้ยังหายากกว่า อันที่จริงมันอยู่ชั้นบนใน Como Cafe แต่ชื่อโฮมสเตย์อยู่ด้านข้างของหลุมประตูและมองไม่เห็นเลย อันที่จริงการนําทางเพียงหาหมายเลข 12"
