It took The front desk 25 minutes to realize I was there to check in. Then they gave me a single occupancy room when I booked 2 queen beds. Then blamed ******* for not contacting me about reservation changes. I called them at noon, the day of the booking to make sure room was still available & told them I was traveling with a special needs person. They told me that reservation was good though the room was not clean yet. We were traveling from Mississippi to the Auburn football game, was told that room would be available when we got there after the game. When I showed up it took 25 minutes for someone to show up at the desk & check me in. When I got upstairs it was a single room. Went downstairs to tell front desk about mixup. Was told that it was *******s fault that I wasn’t nodified about change to my reservation. Was told that there was a pull out sofa & bedding in the closet. Went back upstairs to find no bedding for nasty pull out sofa mattress. Went back down stairs waited 20 minutes for bedding for room that was not what I reserved. This place lacks coustomer service for sure
