Need hand towels in the bathroom overall amazing experience. Stay was awesome and we enjoyed a lot. We would recommend to each and everyone. The thing which make a hotel awesome is staff. Nice location and nice property to stay. Thank you larisa for great experience

Very lovely hotel in shimla.good rooms good all services.and very harmful helpful in staff specially Anu..safe in hotel all are very supportive.room was very cozy and clean . Food was very good and spread buffet ... Thanks to all lovely staff members

Stay was amazing, staff were very friendly and cooperative. Meena, Harsh, Kamini, and Aman were very friendly. Food was good. Valley view room shows great view of city in night. I have posted one picture of room 310 which shows great view of city in night

Very large spread with delicious breakfast & Dinner and amazing service of staff. Speciality Meena, harsh & vivek and Deshraj Negi serve hot and fresh menu. In bar they provide us loud music where we enjoy dance and drinks. Amazing staff and service. Thank you mr.Ishul...

Room was excellent for any person to live there. Very clean properly maintained, restaurant works very good staff was very Cooperative helpful was very helpful throughout or stay here not to speak of him just only all the staff members were very cooperative and helpful whenever we need them as per as the cleanliness is concerned was of the highest level.

Amazing stay amazing food amazing experience. Check in was great went smooth. Special thanks to the lady who did our check in and check out. Prompt baggage service by Nirmal. Thanks to the guy who serviced our dinner. Even the Valet service was amazing. Thank you everyone

Very nice ambience from restaurant. Hotel kept very clean. Manager is very helpful taking feedback time to time. Had good parking space. Anu was very helpful during check out. Restaurant staff was taking care of food. Gettting timely food on order.

I am loving this stay. Really helpful staff. Amazing ambiance. Food was nice. The housekeeping staff and service staff were excellent. Spa timing needs to be extended from 8:00pm to 09:00pm. Also the view and the location of the resort is beautiful amazing.
