Shenzhen Lisden Administration Apartment (Pingshan Shimao Plaza Branch)

I rocked up to check into my apartment with my Trip booking confirmation. The nimrod behind the desk tells me “Sorry, we don’t usually take foreigners bookings through the platform” and then suggests maybe I should cancel the booking?!? What the hell?! I contacted Trip.com and got a customer rep ro speaks to her and explain how to process it. Was left standing there for 15 minutes in what should have been a 5 minute interaction. If you are going to advertise on a huge platform like Trip, please ensure all staff are aware foreigners may stay at the hotel and not to be total pricks about it, or alternatively, remove your apartment off the platform altogether and lose business. That said, I loved the cosy apartment which featured a fridge, AC and a washing machine and drying rack. The hotel is located on a the river a short stroll from the restaurant district and Rainbow Mall. Will gladly stay again

位置不差，但是硬件太差，是住過所有裏面當中最差，名字很響質素很低，唯一可取之處是前台服務熱情，哪怕是想要**送上門，或者領取額外拖鞋飲用水等都很方便！

位置ヾ（・ω・*）ノ房間的床很大，橫着豎著都能睡，有大陽台可以掛衣服，有洗衣機，電視也很大，桌子和沙發旁邊插頭多，邊辦公邊看電視賊爽

衞生乾淨整潔設備齊全

個人比較喜歡住公寓，定的這家，安靜且房間大，也比較乾淨整潔，陽台遠眺視野很好，對面就是高中，樓下小河可以沿岸散步，很不錯！

環境很好，值得回購，房間很大，地方近地鐵，服務態度很好，住的舒適， 雙人自助眼部舒緩套餐:暫時沒有見識到

本來給了七樓地盤景，由於房間訊息明明是寫河景，經交涉後，給upgrade 至高層河景，但要放棄大屏幕。床很 前台很有禮貌，亦頗能幫忙，感謝！ 提醒大家：訂普通套房好了，不需要訂大屏幕，他們貌似沒有好景觀的大屏幕房間。

設施：很新很好，細節做的非常棒 衞生：五顆星 環境：周圍有餐飲，地鐵，高層是，視野開闊，窗户很大。電梯多 可以洗衣服，提供洗衣液，晾衣架。非常好的酒店式公寓，也適合長租。 服務：有前台，服務很好。強烈推薦 附近有家麪包店很好吃，物美價廉。去嚐嚐
