Convenient location right next to a big shopping mall with a great selection of restaurants. The apartment is neat and clean. The bed and pillows may be a bit soft for those who are used to a hard bed, but it was cool for me. There are a couple of movies and tv shows to watch with the tv box provided but the variety isn’t too great so I projected my phone screen to the tv instead, but it didn’t always work.
It’s a good bargain overall. I’d recommend it to budget travelers.

之前都是住星級酒店，這次體驗下附近公寓，沒想到比酒店舒服太多。上梅林地鐵口，出行方便；對面就是卓越購物，周邊用餐不要太豐富，離機場高鐵站都很近。選的輕奢風格，一室一廳很寬敞，有櫥櫃廚房，有洗衣機，冰箱和投幕，房間燈光設計也是很奈斯，衞生間乾濕分離，備品也不錯。軟床很喜歡，如果除了軟枕再加一個蕎麥枕頭就超級完美了！總之，下次來還要來，性價比超海曙和維也納

好處：離地鐵站近，出行方便。床鋪比較乾淨。
缺點：1、浴室地漏去水慢，造成積水。
2、電視遙控器不靈
3、龍頭開很久才有熱水

位置：地理位置很好，上梅林地鐵站出來幾分鐘就到，走路五分鐘也能到商場，交通非常便利
房間：很舒適，電視也是可以正常觀看的，面積挺大的，不會很壓抑，隔音效果不錯，沒什麼噪音
整體來説，物美價廉，入住愉快，下次有機會到深圳，還會選擇這裏👍

出地鐵就可以看到酒店，離新一代產業園非常近，對面就是卓悦滙購物中心。周邊交通便利，離羅湖萬象城也很近。住宿非常便捷，衞生非常乾淨，前台非常熱情，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

Loft層高可以，環境一般，麻雀雖小五臟俱全吧。對面有商場有食肆，有閑的朋友體驗會更多一些。停車場停車考驗車技。

一房一廳一衞，還有投影大屏幕，基本家電齊全，乾淨整潔，最重要是這麼冷的天氣，熱水温度夠，樓下吃早餐也方便，對面街口就是地鐵站口，不遠處還是卓悦滙綜合體，晚上睡覺沒有吵嘈聲，隔音好，在深圳能以這個優惠價訂到這個房型，比酒店更划算。

loft 型公寓，密碼鎖。房間很寬敞，乾淨衞生，體驗不錯。出行很方便，樓下週邊一圈吃的店很多，離梅林地鐵站也近，離卓悦滙商區也近，走路 3 分鐘 就到了，服務人員態度很好。
