I must say that HAN ZHAO QIAN were very kind and polite to me, every time I had a question she help me no question asked. If I come again to shekou I'll book a room in ranz Hotel just because of her. Beside that the room was very nice and clean, it's a very recommended hotel to stay in.

A good budget hotel but small rooms, some with no windows. No wardrobe or safe. Very basic bathroom with only toothbrush as amenities. Traffic noise through the night.

Great service in the reception, flexible and when I had problem with the booking they were friendly and made the correction without any extra payment. Good location and the rooms were clean and nice.
