"Climbing onto the narrow maze to watch the sunset, and the tranquil lounge sofas and communal garden provide a space in Venice to breathe while maintaining social distancing. Although it's a bit away from the main paths, considering the enjoyable Venetian alleys, it's a worthwhile and fun experience."
"The location of the hotel is convenient and close to everything we needed. However, the breakfast was quite underwhelming and nothing to get excited about. One thing that stood out was the lack of basic amenities: when we arrived on a rainy day and asked for an umbrella, the hotel couldn’t provide one for guests. Before we left, we decided to donate our own umbrella to the hotel in hopes that future guests won’t have the same issue. Overall, a good stay for the location, but there’s room for improvement in guest services and amenities."
