西雅圖機場很近，走路十幾分鍾，班車每正點和半點從酒店發車，因為機場，巨繞，也需要十分鐘到停車樓的一層（他們叫三層），去酒店的客人衹要在停車樓酒店接的位置等，一定可以看到double tree的車，此時，不是Hilton的車了；酒店規模巨大，第一次都難以搞清各樓的位置，需要摸索；其它都中規中矩。

因晚上比較晚才到西雅圖機場，就訂了機場旁邊的酒店，很老的酒店了，衞生維護的還可以，房間比較大，酒店有好幾座翼樓，給我們安排得離大堂差不多最遠的房間，在酒店二樓內部通道/連廊走，差不多要走10分鐘；這是我住過步行離大堂最選的酒店客房。酒店大堂不大，燈光也很昏暗。另外，從機場坐酒店的穿梭巴士，是出機場後上二樓，在等待機場各酒店的巴士點等，沒有明顯的標誌。

房間中規中矩，衞生可。機場班車停靠處標識不清，電話形同虛設苦打半小時忙音，周圍等待其他酒店班車的遊客都走完了，希爾頓的班車都是客滿，苦等1.5h後忍無可忍的遊客們都直接上車站到酒店。到酒店後大堂40-50等待checking的人，酒店卻衹有1名工作人員辦理，太費時了！選擇機場酒店是圖省心，這家酒店做不到！

Nice and comfortable airport hotel.
Location is tremendous, as it’s near to SEA airport, with lots of food venues around.
A complimentary airport shuttle is available. The shuttle departs every thirty minutes to the airport, at :00 and :30.
Exceptionally kind and helpful staff at the hotel, however, one specific shuttle driver was extremely rude and unbothered. I did not catch his name. Didn’t bother helping me with my suitcases and at the airport didn’t bother taking out my suitcases either. Also the shuttle departed full, so some passengers had to stand.
Rooms were very clean, but a bit outdated.
Since the hotel is big, there are two fitness facilities available, very convenient.
I had a 1 bed queen room with a balcony, which is a nice touch.
I would stay again, if staying near SEA airport.

Conveniently located near SEATAC, with free shuttle service every 30 minutes. Rooms are older and need updating, but the rooms are spacious, have balconies, and there are 2 separate sinks, which is nice. We called the front desk for extra bars of soap and they were delivered to our room within 10 minutes! And it's always nice to have warm cookies. Only downside is that the food is pricey ($3 for bottled water) and no free breakfast.

The location was super convenient to the Sea-Tac airport. They have shuttle service to/from the airport every half hour. It was easy to walk to the airport the next morning.
Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure with a Speakman shower head.
We had a room with a balcony, but it had a lot of cobwebs and overlooked a swamp pond. There were no chairs out there, but it didn’t feel safe being out there- like the balcony would collapse.
The front desk staff were nice.
Fairly basic amenities.
I would consider staying here again.

What a weird hotel. Got in at 2am from a late flight. There was a Karen screaming at the front desk people about the color of the airport pickup bus. Instead of letting the manager deal with that to the side it took up the whole counter so we all waited for her to run out of air.
In the morning I went to the restaurant which apparently closes at 10am. Seems kind of early but whatever. The lunch restaurant doesn't open till 11am. The server and hostess were both kind of rude when I was surprised that they closed at 10, I got in at 2am and I got there as early as I could. Seems like they could have a little overlap? The coffee counter had a bunch of options but they were all premade and loaded with dairy. I have a dairy allergy so that wasn't an option.
The hotel itself has an odd layout with many different wings. It's kind of outdated but okay for a us hotel. I'd call it 3 stars at best. One of the better hotels for the SeaTac area, which isn't a high bar.
Over all it was okay. With a few common sense changes it could be a lot better.
