Nice clean room. I was able to check in a little bit earlier. Breakfast was ok. Nothing super special.

The gentleman that checked me in is sooo sweet! He was very personable and when I brought the luggage cart back, he came and got it from me to put away. I walk with a cane and he didn't want me to have to walk all that way! He also brought me a couple of coffee filters when I explained that we forgot to pack some!!

Everything was great. The only thing we did not like was the smell in the room. When we got home I could still smell it on all my clothes in the suitcase.

This was a beautiful place to stay that close by a lot of areas. The staff was so friendly, and very helpful. The facility was super clean and the surrounding area was nice. We will definitely return and utilize these hotels in the future.

The property was fine. My problem was that ******* had canceled my reservation. Fortunately, the person taking care of me was knowledgeable and helpful, getting my reservation activated again, with additional effort from me.

I was told they don’t usually rent to people who live local. And then I was questioned about why I was staying since I live local to the hotel. Was I having a party? Was I renting it for my kids? It seemed inappropriate.

We were pleasantly surprised by how big and clean the room was!
Breakfast was ok. Sausages and tater tots were a little hard. Breakfast room was very clean and bright.

Rooms was nice , elevator needs a lot of updating . We just had a snowstorm in the area and parking lots have not been plowed so they are covered in snow . Staff at front desk was very nice upon checkin .
