Service is excellent; in particular, staff at the restaurant. 10/10.  4- On short notice, p.i.c. at reception even helped me to book a tuk tuk sight seeing tour of hotspots in and around Ella. Will surely stay here again should i be in Ella again."

"Отель находится высоко на холме. Пешком добираться около получаса из центра Эллы, ежедневный хайкинг обеспечен. На жаре подъем в гору не комфортен. Но зато полное уединение с природой и тишина, просыпаетесь под пение райских птиц, с балкона потрясающие виды 😍 Вкусные завтраки, приветливый хозяин. Слабоват напор воды. В номере чисто."

"Отель в 200 метрах от железной дороги, можно пройти по ней до водопада и до девятиарочного моста, любуясь потрясающими видами на горы. Вид с балкона на джунгли, можно наблюдать, как по деревьям прыгают обезьянки. В моей комнате было грязно, ремонт позапрошлого века. Хозяин отеля дружелюбный, приветливый. Но он строит ещё один дом, поэтому под окнами стройка, шум, сверление с 8ми утра и до 8ми вечера."

"Этот отель стоит брать только из-за восхитительного вида на горы. В остальном, номера грязноватые, особенно ванная, много мёртвых насекомых на шторах. В ванной не хватает даже базовых принадлежностей (мыльница, стакан под щётки и пр). В номере при заселении были комары. Персонал не особо беспокоился об этом."

"Keeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate."

"โรงแรมที่สมบูรณ์แบบที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักในศรีลังกาครั้งนี้คุ้มค่ากับห้าดาว เราจองห้องเอ็กเซ็กคูทีฟวิลล่าที่มีเตียงขนาดใหญ่ที่ชั้นล่างและที่นอนขนาดเล็กสองเตียงที่ชั้นบน ม่านไฟฟ้าเปิดออกเป็นระเบียงกระจกเกือบพาโนรามา คุณสามารถมองเห็นภูเขาชาด้านนอก คุณยังสามารถเห็นสะพานสามหลุมและรถไฟที่ผ่านไปได้ มินิบาร์มีถุงชาหลายสิบถุงฟรี น้ําแก้วสี่ขวดก็ฟรีเช่นกัน ไวน์และเครื่องดื่มมีค่าธรรมเนียม สระว่ายน้ําสวยมาก เหมือน infinity pool อย่าลืมเลือกอาหารเย็น อาหารเย็นเป็นแบบสั่งอาหารห้าจาน อร่อยมาก และพิเศษมาก ไม่รวมเครื่องดื่ม อาหารเช้ายังมีซาลาเปากรอบพิเศษมาก ระหว่างทางไปร้านอาหารสามารถถ่ายรูปได้สวยงาม สิ่งเดียวคือมียุงเยอะกว่า แพ็คสองใบเดียวของทริปคือถูกกัดตอนนอนที่นี่ตอนกลางคืน"
