A clean, reasonably priced, and well located hotel in downtown Saskatoon. Staff were professional. The restaurant and pub attached to the hotel are adequate for breakfast, lunch and a cold one.

Nice hotel nice location. The concierge gave us 2 $8 vouchers for breakfast when I mentioned it was my wife’s birthday. Our only beef was the bathroom wasn’t heated. It was -32 outside and the tile near the entry and in the bathroom was ice cold. We made the mistake of closing the bathroom door when we went for supper and it was very cold when we returned. Had to wear my socks to bed in case I needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The first room we got smelled like cigarettes covered up with air freshener. The guy at the desk wasn’t very friendly and seemed like we were bothering him to get checked in. Food was good and view was too. Nothing special for the high cost.

I asked for the upgrade which I was entitled to as gold ******* status. I was told there was no upgrade available yet when I looked at your website upgraded rooms were available

This was an all around excellent property to stay at.
The walk along the South Saskatchewan River was beautiful. I could watch the sunrise over the bridge and shine onto the dining room of the hotel where the meals were amazing.

Hospital stay for surgery. Booked hotel because it offered shuttle service to the hospital. I was planning on using the shuttle all weekend so I wouldn't have to pay for parking at hospital. Didn't say no shuttle on weekend. Therefore I ended up paying for parking at the hotel and also the hospital. This added about $100.00 to my stay. Not too pleased with this added expense.

Didn’t like that there was hardly any plug in outlets to charge phone. Has some built into the lamp but that needs to be on for it to work.
