However, I feel compelled to share a concern regarding the staff's attitude during my stay. It's a shame because I believe this hotel has tremendous potential to offer an exceptional guest experience. The negativity from the staff had a noticeable impact on my overall satisfaction.
On a particular occasion, I overheard two staff members conversing in Japanese in front of me. To my surprise, their discussion included a negative comment about my request for water, despite a prior assurance from another staff member that I could request water at any time.
This incident was disappointing, as the unfriendly demeanor of the staff members not only contradicted the positive image of your hotel but also left me annoyed and upset as a guest. Understanding the language used in the conversation only added to the unfortunate experience.
