We recently stayed at the Hermoso Luxury Suites in Santorini. In short, I really liked this small hotel. Our room was spacious and clean with a view of the ocean. Breakfast was included and served hot food, although it was the same each day. There was a nice pool to enjoy. Zach was very accommodating and very helpful. The hotel is close to the airport. On a plus, it makes getting around the island convenient because everything is accessible by car. Being close to the airport, you do hear the planes landing and taking off. It's not that frequent and it didn't bother us.

Fabulous, family run hotel, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The accommodation was modern, extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect and the kindness of the staff was lovely and extended to them sharing their Easter lunch with us. We will return and have already recommended the hotel and resort to family and friends :)

As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

What a great place to stay in Santorini, situated in Mesaria your close to Fira, Kamari and Perissia, Oia is a little further away but the bus stops for these places is less than a 5 minute walk. The hotel offer a car service which we used on 3 occasions to visit restaurants on an evening, this is chargeable but good value I thought. My wife an I stayed in room 207 which had a sea view and pool view with a large balcony were we could sunbathe. The rooms are spotlessly clean, as is the whole hotel, the walk in shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, great hair dyer and soaps/hand wash. The room layout was good for us with hanging space, fridge, safe, and TV. The bedding and towels were changed every day day during our stay, the 2 cleaners are superstars. Breakfast was cooked fresh and there was plenty of choice to get you going for the day,the young girl serving was very helpful. George is the hotel manager and what a great young man he is, he will do anything to make sure your stay runs smoothly, his English is fantastic as well and will assist in anything you may need or advice given. Joanna is on front desk and will greet you with a lovely smile when ever she sees you. She booked us into 3 restaurants after I emailed her before we arrived, she also organise car hire for 3 days which was dropped off and picked up at the hotel, 35 euros a day no fuss. Joanna can organise a full itinerary if you like or advise on any excursions you may want to book, she is an absolute credit to the hotel, we're missing her already. Overall a perfect and quiet place to stay and visit santorini in maybe not a fashionable town, but we kind of grew to love the area, if ever we return to Santorini we would stay here 100%. ผผู้เข้าพักLovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast.
The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them.
The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email.
Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear.
The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs!
Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy during our stay.

We were told that the room we have booked isn’t available early, so we could upgrade to another room & get early check in option. We agreed. When we checked in the room didn’t look like any upgrade, as it was pretty basic. Also, if these are how most of the rooms are, they aren’t great. The room had a stair to go ‘up’ where a tiny bed was places, and the ceiling was so low that even a 5-foot height tiny person like me would bump her head. The stairs aren’t too safe, so if you have to walk down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom below the bed area, you better be fully awake & cautious if your steps.
Shower didn’t work properly with hot/cold water. I couldn’t wash my hair, had to quickly get out of the shower.
I would have preferred, if they just told us there was an extra charge for early check in.
In case I’m wrong, and this room was indeed an ‘upgrade’ then I don’t know what the basic room will be. Can’t imagine what would be even lesser. Maybe no window / balcony.
The swimming pool was closed, probably because it was still cold when we went.
The property looks nice though, it’s just 10 mins taxi ride from the city square. The rooms have a balcony & peaceful view as there aren’t too many buildings around.
It’s quite & clean. Just that the rooms are too basic & the tiny bed in tiny space was uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It was claustrophobic for me. Couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t bathe well. But I did enjoy sitting in the balcony & sipping my tea in peace.

The construction of the hotel is particularly lovely and the room we stayed in was at the highest point of this hotel, with a small balcony and a great view. This hotel also has a kitten that was particularly cute and clingy and I looked forward to seeing it every night when I returned to the hotel.
We had a great couple of days here!
