I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Exclusive Plan Suites. The staff were amazing and truly went out of their way to help us whenever we needed it, from check in, to advice on getting around, and everything in between. The caldera view from our room was breathtaking. The hot-tub was always a welcome sight after a long day of hill climbing and walking (take the hike to Oia if you get the chance!), and it was always warm. Breakfast was served every morning, and there was always more than enough to eat. Location-wise, this spot is pretty convenient. We were only about a 10-12 minute walk to the shops in Fira (with great views along the way), so we never felt like we were far from whatever we wanted to do, but Firostefani is much quieter than Fira so it was nice to get back to the room after a day out and have a relaxing evening looking out over the water and checking out the cruise ships. I'm not sure what is going on with the beds, but we woke up rested every day! Probably the best sleeps we've ever had on vacation.

Lovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast. The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them. The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email. Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear. The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs! Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy during our stay.

The hostel is in an amazing location close to the main tourist area and bus stops for transportation. The convenience of being able to easily explore the city was definitely a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the AC worked well, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms (in our private suite), which had a strong smell of mold that made it difficult to use them comfortably. Also, I have to say that the owners/workers were the unfriendliest people I've ever encountered at a hostel. They seemed disinterested (and out right hostile at some points) whenever we asked questions about the hostel or Santorini.

Our stay at Magma Resort Santorini was nothing short of spectacular, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and top-notch service. For those who don't want to read a long review, here are the most important pointers: Service: 10/10, the staff is extremely helpful, and willing to solve all the problems you might have. Food: The food was good, clearly attempting to be fine dining with a lot of potential, but at this point it's too expensive. Location: Quiet location, yet secluded from the sights to see. Amenities (spa, gym, pool): Fantastic spa, fantastic sauna, and fantastic spa staff. Gym has everything an experienced gym goer would need, but ideally more variety in equipment would be nice. Pools and relaxing areas are lovely, and well designed. Room: Well designed, modern and clean. It offers everything you would need, and it is definitely worth the price point. Now, for those of you who want a more detailed breakdown of our stay at the resort, here’s a deep dive into each aspect of our experience. We'll also rate each part. Service (5/5): The service here is top-notch, showing genuine care for their guests. When we arrived, we were given a thorough tour of the entire venue, with each facility explained in detail. This warm welcome set the tone for our stay. The hotel offers a convenient affiliated taxi service to get you wherever you need to go, which saved us the trouble of figuring out transportation. Plus, there's a free shuttle to Fira, a charming town in Santorini with beautiful shops. Whenever we had an issue or request, the staff was quick to help. They are incredibly friendly, genuine, and bright – sweet, honest people you can have real conversations with. We left with nothing but positive impressions. Food (4/5): The dining experience at Magma Resort aims high, with a clear attempt at fine dining. The menu offers a variety of intriguing options, each more tempting than the last. We dined at the resort's main restaurant, which has a chic decor and stunning sea views. The food was good and showed a lot of potential, but it hasn't quite hit the level of refinement needed to justify the high prices. Some dishes, despite their beautiful presentation, lacked depth in flavor and originality. Overall, the dining experience is promising but still evolving. With a bit more consistency in the kitchen, it could become a standout feature of the resort. For now, it feels a bit overpriced, but the ambiance and service make it worth a visit, especially if you're looking to enjoy a special evening with a spectacular view. We want to give special praise to their Caesar Salad for lunch. It is the best salad we've ever had! Location (4/5): The location is perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet. It's nestled in a lovely area and is close to important sights and towns like Fira, Oia, and Yalos Beach. We are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this hotel and the owners and staff are .. I have a 12yo autistic son who has never been abroad and hates change and pretty much everything ... I had been able to speak to the owners before hand and explain and wow they went wayyyy above what you would expect to accommodate us.. the hotel is gorgeous 2 pools and areas 1 more quiet with pool shower toilets and apartments with hot tubs clean cool air con obv .. no trouble is too much .. fridge and kettle with some don't have !! The. In the main hotel there are more apartments and rooms all beautiful clean and well laid out (we had 2 Apts) the pool for that side is more social with a bar and lots of couple type sofas and beds over the pool beautiful at night all lit up .. breakfast is served here and again beautiful breakfast ..it's the staff that make it tho especially Anna Marie and her family .. not only is she beautiful on the outside she is gorgeous with her thoughts and caring ... My son would not have stayed had they not been able to do all the extra bits. (Balloons toys quiet area etc ). We will come back again when we can . And it will be to here !! I just can't recommend enough .. kamari is the beach side for want of better description.. it's a ***** of beautiful restaurants cafes on level with the beach no steap steps like the other side of the island .. so straight into hot black sand .. wear beach socks! There is no tide as such and children can Wade out a fair bit before it drops so snorkeling at the edge of the sea next to us was possible ... Plenty of choice of type of restaurants but obv fish is an excellent choice .. oh and sorbet .. there is a small steep hill to get to the hotel (obv cars drop off and collect Inc taxis if u need them we hired a car ) but got used to that after a few days and I have a very bad back and hip! But prepare for stairs as they are everywhere except the front ***** in kamari it's quite level .. anyway hope the pics do some justice ..

Do not stay here! It’s not safe!!! My cousin stayed at this location for her bday vacation. She was awaken to a man who had entered her room. When she went to the door where she found the man standing outside. She pleaded for him to leave and he refused, she was on FB live for her friends and family to see what was happening and to help her get help. The man then proceeded to touch himself and she screamed for help! The man worked at the property which is how he was able to enter her unit. They found him and he was arrested however, the property refused to refund her money to her because she wanted to leave the property due his entering her room, harassment and feeling unsafe. I warn you all please do not stay at this property!!
