The best experience you will expect at Santorini - unforgettable view, charming home and world class services. Maria provided a extraordinary setting for our trip. We stayed for 4 nights in Zephyr, the apt is fantastic, I would say it’s better than a 5 star hotel due to the location, space and view.

Absolutely amazing place. Having read all the reviews I was thinking there is no way this place can actually be this amazing. But it was. The views are out of this world and you have a smaller and larger terrace to enjoy it from without the hustle and bustle that you would have to get similar views elsewhere on the island. The houses were lovely. Really spacious and so well equipped. And actually kept really cool despite the warm temperatures. The plunge pool is small but perfect, all you need. And pretty amazing staring out at that view from it. And last but not least Maria and the team. Oh my gosh, never have had hospitality like it, so spoilt. Maria and the team's attention to detail was incredible, from spotlessly clean rooms, to treats in the room, the way they served breakfast and even hanging up our washing while we were out for a walk! Maria gave lots of good advice and was so warm and welcoming. And a special mention to Sonnie for lifting our heavy cases down and back up all those steps, all in one go!

This is our second time in 5 years staying at Lithies homes in Santorini ! Not only are the accommodations beautiful and spacious , Unobstructed ocean views of cruise ships and the beautiful Greek sunset , are the best . Maria and staff are five star and the location is steps from town , cafes and shops making it carefree . The free shuttle is also a plus to and from the airport . We have sent many friends and family here and will continue to stay here when visiting our favorite country !

Hostess Maria was warm, generous, and helpful. Views of the caldera and village are outstanding and the bougainvillea was so beautiful people were coming to take photos on the walkway in front. Breakfast was delicious and customizable. Afternoon snacks were provided, too. Lithies lets you experience traditional cave houses that are updated and very clean. This is a great location: close to some good restaurants and activities yet not overrun with cruise ship passengers.

Extremely sweet and kind staff. We absolutely loved our stay. Great spot for sunsets, walkable to shops and dining.

The hotel location is outstanding, and the service was wonderful. We asked for our rooms to be close to our family members and they upgraded us to accommodate that. We loved the breakfast and their special treatment of us during our stay. I highly recommend this facility. They helped us orchestrate several excursions. Overall, a beautiful and memorable experience. Hats off to your quality care in service!

WOW WOW WOW – First location in Firostefani is beautiful . There is ample parking ( as we rented a car) not too far away As all the reviews have stated – the staff was very professional and rooms have incredible - jaw dropping views We had room 101 ~ It was perfect --private but accessible – No pool- but we did use the community pool and it was also great - Again all of the staff at Sunrocks were amazing, attentive and friendly and always happy – people in Greece were all so awesome ! I think this was so important … at check-in – they said – the key was communication between us and them ( the staff) – I saw that in action as truly almost every “ask” would be received – lots and lots of food for breakfast – which we put our order in the night before and ate each morning at the lower level restaurant They wanted to please us --One example --., there was an nesprosso coffee machine in room and they brought my hubby extra pods which made him very happy – Also after I asked - I got an extra pillow (5th) and huge blanket after 1x night Things we didn’t love such as the shower was a little wonky – adorable but different for sure (length of pressure/ drain ).. and BE prepared for STEPS – Steps and Steps everywhere in Santorini - As noted with our Room 101 – we were well situated ½ way in between for sure Crazy stairs!!. The hotel is comfortable, recently renovated and has great views of the caldera. Bathroom is a bit small and not very comfortable. Staff is great, as well as breakfast.

I read the reviews on Lithies Traditional Homes and I have to tell you that it is as wonderful as everyone says. It is the nicest, most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Maria arranged our complimentary ride from the airport. Our arrival was late and Maria was right on it and our driver was there shortly after we landed. I can't tell you how much we appreciated the ease of getting there after flying all night. Sonny met our car and carried all our luggage down the many steps to Lithies and as you descend the steps you see the most beautiful of views! As soon as we arrived, Maria greeted us with a hug. She was so warm and friendly. She gave us information for getting around the area, recommended places to eat and showed us around our rooms. We stayed in the Eros House and it was just lovely. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the wine and beautiful sunset over the caldera. It was very romantic place to stay. A delicious breakfast was served at a little table outside our room. I can't say enough good things about Lithies. Maria was available to answer any questions and it was very private with no cruise crowds. It was a short walk into Fira, restaurants and shops. We also hiked to Oia one morning. It took a few hours to hike, but we were right near the trail and the hike had such beautiful views. I would definitely stay here again. It's private and beautiful and the service cannot be beat! Loved it here!
