A little corner of paradise on earth… An idyllic place... both for the beauty of the site, the establishment and the quality of the welcome..warm..privileged..a little haven of peace. As all the staff are concerned about our well-being, everything is done to satisfy us... No false note... We feel at home... Without forgetting the restaurant which combines the festival of taste buds with the romanticism which only asks to be expressed as the setting invites it….happiness in its purest state… the only small inconvenience of the stay, the difficulty of leaving this little paradise. We had the most wonderful evening drinks tonight at Astarte Suites. This place is a hidden gem! The evening was made perfect by Irini who made the most fantastic cocktails as well as looking after us and keeping us entertained with easy conversation through her bubbly personality. We felt extremely welcomed and valued and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. This place is well worth a visit, not only are the views spectacular, the place is beautiful and the staff are lovely! 5 stars from us! ***** Becky and Emma

*Updated review for April 2024* I came here with my hubby 5 years ago in 2019 and because we loved it so much we decided to come back for our 5 year anniversary! The experience after we came back was even better. We stayed at honeymoon suite with an indoor jacuzzi and beautiful private balcony . Their service as they're so welcoming and their food and the hospitality are all super amazing. The food got even better from what it tasted 5 years ago! We also had 9 chef tasting menu at Alali and it was so good! Thank you Astarte suites for making our 5 year anniversary so meaningful and special!! August 2019 Since Santorini was my dream destination, I have been looking into Astarte Suites for a while on instagram even before I met my husband. As soon as we decided on our honeymoon to Greece, I highly suggested to book at Astarte! My husband surely did and that's when my dream came true! The moment we came into the suite, the staffs are so nice and kind to welcome us with free mimosas. The room was amazing with a private balcony with astonishing views and a nice heated jacuzzi inside the room. The showers are amazing and so clean! Delicious breakfasts being served at the balcony everyday and just having to experience the luxury service was incredible. Sitting down doing nothing and hanging out by the pool, balcony alone was lovely as well. The place is secluded and away from the crowd. If you're looking into having more of a romantic and intimate time with your significant other, Astarte Suite is the perfect place for you! They will treat you so well!

Exceptional service, breathtaking views, and luxurious amenities make this boutique in Santorini a dream destination. A true gem! My wife and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else for our honeymoon. The experience was amazing, the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were nothing short of accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the views, and the suite. If we ever go back to Santorini we would only ever stay here. There’s a lot of local restaurants, and if you want to go into Oia or Fira the front desk can arrange transportation. Thank you Astarte for such an amazing honeymoon experience!

The steps. Oh, the steps!! The many steps down to the property are significant & remember you have to negotiate the climb back up to the entrance every time you wish to leave. If you have mobility issues of any kind, whatever your age, then this hotel is a huge challenge. There is no mention in the hotel description of what issues you may face upon arrival. This place is beautiful, just not for the faint hearted.

Everything was amazing.. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They really took care of us.

Terrible experience trying to reach the hotel and when I finally did reach them it was past the cancellation time and they charged me the full amount without any flexibility for being hospitalized with Covid.

Astarte suites is a beautiful hotel which is beautifully located with a nice view of Santorini. Every morning you get up and think you are living in a dream. The service is very well organized and they are ready for you any time of the day. The breakfast was really delicious and the set up was amazing. I highly recommended this beautiful hotel.

Do not stay at this property, what they say on the website is very misleading. They are in the middle of nowhere, they are not in walking distance of any place. The closest place to this property is at least 20 minutes Drive. On the website it said it’s closed Oia city but it’s not it’s about 40 to 45 minutes Drive. The Hotel is built on a cliffhanger and it’s so windy that you can’t get out of your room to enjoy the view and can’t even leave your door open. The property is so outdated and not clean there are bugs everywhere. The door to the rooms still uses an ACTUAL KEY with Key hole NOT Key Card. The Wi-Fi does not work and it keep saying no internet. Their TV didn’t work. Also we asked for a Do Not Disturb sign for our room and they didn’t have it. We asked them that while we are not there no one should enter our room but they did go to our room for even the short time that we were not there and my iPad is missing and got stolen.
