Alleys All-Suite Hotel & Spa

Very nice hotel and situation. Rooms are very confortables and we could enjoy our private jacuzzi on our balcony. Delightful food ! Hotel's staff did their maximum to make our stay a wonderful moment. Special warm thanks to Stefan and Maria who took a perfect care of our confort and satisfaction everyday with an amazing kindness and respect although we had multiples requests. And thanks to Margarita who could meet our needs and to all the housekeeping teams who did a very good job during our stay. We will never forget. Merci beaucoup !

Well what can I say? We spent a glorious week here. From the moment we arrived to be greeted by a friendly smile, shown to a beautiful pool side room with secluded jacuzzi at the rear. Every morning greeted warmly by friendly staff who always remembered our favourite drinks. Delicious breakfasts. The room is cleaned thoroughly every day. Staff work day and night to make this place special and it is. Top notch food and not too expensive and we really enjoyed the mezze evening where we had delicious food and wine and an explanation of all the locally sourced ingredients from the chef. The spa is well equipped and just the right size. We didn’t have a treatment but wish we had and the lady managing the spa was lovely, friendly and accommodating. All the staff were. Nothing too big or small. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd hotel in Santorini, near the port after our trip to Naxos. Lovely boutique hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely, small pool where we had drinks, breakfast & lunch. Breakfast was lovely beside the pool. Our bedroom had a private balcony and hot tub overlooking the pool area. Hot tub could have been a lot warmer to be fair. There was a small gym downstairs which was pretty well equipped and I had a few mini workouts. Cable cross machine was good and light dumbbells for a good circuit session. Returning from Santowines I was summoned to reception and shocked to hear my passport details were flagged and eventually found out the receptionist was part of a ploy to prank me and hold me up as they very kindly surprised me with a birthday cake in our room lol Very nice touch and great service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Super clean, great staff and breakfast, room sizes and internet was brilliant. It was nice to be in the calmness of pyrgos than the madness of the more touristy parts of Santorini we walked to the nearby restaurants and vineyards from the hotel. Pool is great too!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind, the breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip, so delicious. We had a glass of wine as a welcome gift, the hotel was very clean and the private hot tub helps a lot after a long day of sightseeing. The only thing to consider before booking this hotel is the location. If you rent a car you won’t have any problems but without a car you have to either pay a taxi or wait around an hour for the bus, the city is not really walkable.

On my last day at Alley's hotel and thought it is a good time to write a review. This hotel is very high standard of luxury. You will not be dissapointed if you book. Location: In Pyrgos nice little quiet town 10 minute drive to Fira. We rented a car and was easily able to go daily from Pyrgos in to Fira. The hotel itself is in centre less than 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Area feels very safe. Room: We stayed in a suite with hot tub on the balcony. Room is a good size, The bed is VERY comfortable would say best hotel bed I've slept in. The shower is big has great pressure good and gets hot quickly. The balcony with hot tub overlooking the sunset was a highlight of our experience. HIGHLY reccomend this room. Hot tub under the stars! Facilities:Luxury sunbeds ideally postioned with a great selection of bar drinks. We never had a problem gettting a sunbed and seemed very quiet everytime for us. Like every hotel in Greece the pool is NOT heated so it is fresh to say the least. Breakfast: Very good selection of eggs and very nicely cooked. Much better than buffet that other hotels offer. Service: This is what makes the hotel! Stephanos is a very attentive bar manager and makes sure you are well looked after. The bar service is top top level and the service at reception is also fantastic. If you are thinking of booking the hotel and luxury experience book Alleys I promise you will not be disapointed. Loved my stay at alleys hotel it was amazing!! They made me feel like family love all the staff!!

Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. New towels daily along with shampoo, conditioner etc. Margarita at reception is super helpful and nice. Stephan was brilliant and funny as the waiter/barman. Very friendly and efficient. He tries hard to make you feel welcome. Christopher also. Breakfast is very good but could possibly offer more variety in the fresh fruit as it is overly dependent on watermelon. Dinner was very nice but does not appear to be a priority as few guests actually dine there. They should be encouraged to do so. Pool is really nice and beds, towels etc are very good. Hotel is only a 3 minutes' walk from centre of Pyrgos and is a place of relaxation with excellent staff and good food. Netflix on the TV is good if you eant a quiet night. Overall, a well-run hotel with great staff.
