We wrote the hotel for some information for our possible stay in august and asked for the best offer for a triple room. We paid the 30% advanced deposit as asked by the hotel and not yet received a confirmation for our booking!

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. First of all, the room was very dirty. We found a popcorn with ants on the floor and a dirty mask behind the bed night. The bathroom was kind of disgusting, shower plate all dirty and very small. The water fell all over the floor. We showered with flip flop. And secondly, the treat was horrible. We had a reservation from before COVID, and because of a global pandemic we weren't able to flight (everything was canceled). With this cases, the law specifies that you will get a refund or a voucher. They didn't want to do either, just keep our money. At the end, and some discussion they 'allowed us' to change the reservation for the next year, but paying 20€ extra. We agreed even though we wanted to go elsewhere. Once there, they told us only cash those 20€.... With no other possibility... With feel it was a scam... Very, very, very bad this place. Better book elsewhere

O hotel é bem localizado e o atendimento é bom. O tamanho do quarto é agradável, porém quando fomos usar o banheiro QUE NOJO. Chuveiro com chão manchado e muito apertado, além disso não tinha chuveiro e sim um chuveirinho (pois é), teve um dia que eu fui tirar o grosso da sujeira na piscina porque era impossível tomar um bom banho ali. Além disso encontramosnuma garrafa de água atrás da cama (e permaneceu lá durante toda a nossa estadia) limpeza zero!

Tutto perfetto , struttura pulita , a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Fira . Stanze pulite , camera essenziale e funzionale . Un ringraziamento particolare ad Helen,la receptionist, una ragazza dolcissima e molto molto attenta ai clienti. Il giorno del check-out ci hanno concesso di permanere in piscina (con doccia annessa )in attesa di raggiungere l’aeroporto. Struttura assolutamente consigliata.

Un personnel très agréable et souriant qui ont sut nous expliquer tout les lieux incontournables dès notre arrivé ainsi que des prix intéressant pour la location de quad. Ils peuvent également le louer pour vous ainsi que les excursions. La piscine est très agréable et l’endroit est paisible pour se retrouver en amoureux! Petit bémols pour l’insonorisation des chambres et le lit un peu dur… mais bon ça reste une magnifique expérience!! Merci

Mi sono dovuto fermare una notte perché le navi dal porto di Santorini non partivano causa vento forte, mi è stata data una camera a un prezzo molto superiore a booking o altri motori di ricerca, ma era una delle poche disponibili sull'isola, poiché come me centinaia di persone hanno dovuto soggiornare in attesa di condizioni climatiche migliori. La camera è da albergo da 1 stella peccato che ho speso come un albergo da 3 o 4 stelle, inoltre 2 prezzi diversi uno carta e uno con contanti, nessuna ricevuta, ritengo il trattamento poco corretto e professionale. Classico hotel per ragazzi giovani senza pretese. Poco insonorizzato, ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza perché troppo rumorosa. Sono stati gentili e ci sono venuti incontro. Potrebbero curare un po’ di più i dettagli della camera. Per L arredamento e la struttura sarebbe un hotel da almeno 10 euro meno a notte. La receptionist super gentile. Sia per il cambio camera, per il transfer. Se si paga in contanti scontano il 10% del prezzo.
