Casablanca was a nice place to stay. Right across from the beach which we loved. Easy walking distance to all the major Santa Cruz hot spots. Overall good experience.

Will be back again. Great hotel, reasonable pricing, close to everything, friendly staff, and best of all for my recent trip, extremely pet-friendly.

I have always wanted to stay in one of the 2 hotels that are right across from the beach with the second floor balcony views. We had a great stay it was beautiful. The only issue I had was that I prepaid for the room. When I got there they asked for a credit card on file which I know is a common practice incase there is damage. The part I didn't like was they charged my card $100 dollars when we checked in and held onto it for 5 days after we checked out. Maybe that's a common practice as well but it is not something I have experienced in the past and there was no mention of this additional charge when I booked the room.

The polar express train goes right by the room it was fun waving at all the kiddos on their big adventure. A diverse staff, I Love SC and this place was on the bucket list of places to stay. I will be back.
